For all the people scared of getting glue in their eyes, a) the glue is probably no worst than the Makeup we put on our eyes. Since itâs glue thatâs made specifically to go around the eyes, itâs probably ok.
The other part is that, when you use false lashes you arenât supposed apply the lashes with the soaking wet glue. You are supposed to wait for the glue to get a little tacky and then stick them on! So the glue will be a little dried before you apply them!
That's my fear!!! I freak out everytime I do it....I've failed more than 5 times so I've basically given up on them..
yikes the glue I have dries fast so I gotta apply it wet
Right to everything you said!
agree!! plus by experience I can say liquid eye liner in your eye hurts way worst but practice makes perfect . thank you đ
What are your thoughts on wearing bottom false lashes? To maybe give it a more dramatic look? Would u go for it
From someone who wears false lashes everyday... I can't believe I've been doing it wrong. They look so good this way! I'm never going back đ
thank youuu I'm happy you liked the video đhonestly I can't go back either .đ I love this technique .
C_Marie I do the individual lashes a doing underneath like this. They last me 2 weeks
I just tried false eyelashes once and created a giant mess! How do you remove the dried glue when you take them off so you can reuse them? One went on great, the other eye looked pretty awful and by the time I pried the dried glue off of them, they looked like a plucked chicken and aren't usable...Help me, please!
Kathy Beamer usually if they are individual lashes then throw them out. If ur using strip lashes use baby oil. Or water. The glue usually peels right off. I've been doing this technique for 5 yrs. And do it with hair bonding glue. Use very little. It usually peels right off if wet and doesn't pull ur natural lashes out
Thank you so much for the advice! I used strip lashes and failed miserably but I'll keep trying.....
I'm still learning how to do them on top of my lashes. Now they do them under?...Ugh !
2008MrsKim Same girl same đ
Its easier putting them under.xx
African American women started doing them under with hair bonding glue. and it actually became very popular. They look very natural. Your better off learning from the bottom because they stay longer and look better
2008MrsKim đđ
IKR, and I think maybe 10+ years from now people are gonna be wearing them both on top and underneath.
When I first started wearing eyelashes I put mine on just like you're doing because I think it's a lot easier and looks great. I slept on my friends sofa without taking them off and a piece got up in my eye.... kinda behind it. It hurt so I went to E.R. ... they had to num my eye but it was still hard to get it out. They thought they were going to have to do surgery. ... my point is plz, plz be careful and don't sleep with them on.
Thank you for sharing thatâs really scary
I've been doing this for the past 3years putting lashes on the upper waterline bc i CANNOT apply them correctly on top it makes me maddd! I always thought i was wrong for doing this lol
I feel like nothing will look better than applying them under I love it so much Im now struggling to apply them on top again ..
Do you re use the same eye lashes like dont you run the risk of eye infections
I have the same problem as you! I just can't put the falsies on top of my eyelashes, so I use them underneath because I find it so much easier to do đ
Do you feel I'm like your lashes decrease after doing this a lot ?
@@suzu.petals same here đ
Definitely gonna try it underneath! My lashes are so curly i can never get them close to lash line
Mia W samee omg itâs really aggravating
i wish i had a problem of curled lashes haha mine are straighter than a board
@@siri_siri4709 same...so i have to curl them and when i do they are to long so they get in the way. I have LONG but STRAIGHT lashes , i feel the pain of both worlds lol
How has it been??? Curious
After searching all over CZcams for a easy lash tutorial that is EASY and NATURAL looking, this is by FAR the best video!!!! Thank you sooo much beautiful đ
To everyone who against this without trying it: I was too. Then I tried it, and I LOVE IT. It is not as scary as it appears to some, honestly the glue doesn't get in your eyes and it's not that much closer than the regular way. BEST OF ALL ITS SOOOO EASY!!! I NEVER EVER could get my lashes on, I love lashes and have a whole box of them, but NOW I CAN USE THEM FINALLY!!!! THIS WORKS!!!
im glad this work out for you thank you for the positive feed backđđ
Jocelyn Marcial & Snook Witham ~ what kind of lashes would you recommend for a beginner like myself? It sounds like you both have a love for lashes, so Iâll trust your advice! đ
Smh flexing on us
How do you get them off?
What are your thoughts on wearing bottom false lashes? To maybe give it a more dramatic look?
Girrrrlll you gotta let that get more tacky! Maybe it was just the lighting lol I do this technique regularly too, but I let it get so tacky itâs on the verge of being clear. That white wet glue was just giving me anxiety lol great video though!
How to glue your eyes shut in 3 easy steps
GBSheridan đđđđđ
đđđđ
GBSheridan đđđđđ
Actually, I find this way super easy for me. I canât actually do it the other way đ But Iâve never glued my eyes shut. Yet. đ
GBSheridan đđđđ
Thanks to you Iâm a pro and putting those wispies underneath instead of on top! I use a toothpick to apply the glue and I only cut the lashes into two sections! They definitely look natural
Does the glue touch your real lashes ? How do yu remove the without pulling out your real lashes?
@@pandarush. yes the glue touches my lashes but I use eye makeup remover to get them off. But yes Iâve pulled some lashes out
Iâm trying KISS DIY lash kit now. Check it out.
I was on youtube and did come across someone else doing this Last night. So tried it today and it's brilliant!!! Look's so natural i Love it. Apparently celeb stylists have been doing it this way for years! †so glad to of found this way of doing false eyelashe's đđđđ
Ok but why was this easier than sticking them on top đ€
Rebeca Escobar it really is đđ specially with time practice makes it easier đđ
If you have super curly lashes this is perfect đ
Iâve been doing my lashes like this for about 4 months now after seeing a tik tok and Iâm getting so good at it and Iâm so proud bc I sucked at lashes before, either way, top or bottom. This way looks SO MORE NATURAL and even than placing them on top, idk why but it does. Sorry for yelling but plz try this if you suck at putting them on the top. I made myself do lashes everyday for 2 weeks, even if it was the only make up I did for that day, until I got the hang of it! Totally worked, also the new âDuo Quick-Setâ 30 second glue in the cobalt blue packaging works the best out of all the glues Iâve ever tried! Iâve never had them come up or lift off in the corners like with the
Original duo glue,. They even stay put when sweating and swimming, you have to soak a cotton pad in micellar water and leave them sitting your natural lashes/eye for about 5 minutes to get the glue to release from your natural lashes. I always put a thin layer of waterproof mascara on my natural lashes making sure to get the top and bottoms of the lashes ,before going in with the fake lashes, blends them better and gives the glue something to adhere to rather than just adhering to your natural lashes, makes it easier to take off too!
Thank you soooooo much for all your tips and tricks. I will buy that glue and will remove them that way. I suck at applying lashes but you gave me hope đ€đ
Kimberly Mej I should have also mentioned that the garnier WATERPROOF makeup remover micellar water (with the blue top) removed them the best, and didnât destroy the lashes. donât ever use neutrogena makeup remover or wipes to take of fake lashes bc for some reason Iâve had it eat away and ruin some of my lashes, it will eat away at the band until itâs completely dissolved. Ruined several expensive pairs this way. I highly recommend getting one of those weird looking metal lash tweezer things also, helps sooo much, wait until the glue is almost see thru, partly opalescent, then apply. Gosh I need to just make a video lol thereâs so many small helpful tips I keep thinking of haha
Oh my gosh! Thanks for posting this video. I tried it and it looks and feels SOO much better than on top. I just ran it from the middle to the end of my lashes. Looks stunning.
L Knits NP so happy it worked out for u đđđđ
Thank you for trying them both out! I love applying lashes to the bottom but it's nice to see a side by side comparison.
This is the way I get it done in the shop. You make it look so easy. I'm going to try it myself.
I just tried this for the first time and I love it!!! It looks soooo much better
I've watched a million videos and have never had any success before trying this method!!!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
savvyshoelady yaaay đđ so happy it worked for u đđ thank you for the love â€ïž
I use black lash glue. The glue color dries to match the color of the lash.
I didn't know they made black glue. Thanks for the tip! What brand of glue and lashes do you use?
@@BlueEyedCat223 They're black lash glue located at Cvs,Target,Walmart, Beauty Supply, and many other places. Just have to look, they're usually around the white & clear lash glue.
@@britneygrecia4521 Thx for letting me know. đ
Hair glue keep it the longest but dont put too much on it..
Clear is better
This is genius omg I tried it lastnight and it looked sooo good like i got lash extensions đ± it looks great on my hooded eyes ughhh thank you!!
Ohhhh I canât wait to try this! I was just considering buying some of those lashes that are meant to go under the eyes, but I have a ton of extra strip lashes so itâs great to know I can just make my own :D
Yesđđđ„°
I will upload a new tiktok on this technique later today as well this has worked for me for years Iâm so happy this video helped you đ
Tiktok: Jocelynmarcial_
I LOVE this so much, I always thought bhad bhabie had lash extensions on but turns out she just used false eye lashes and just applied it under her lashes, tried this today and it looks like I got eyelash extensions I love it and so comfortable
Jocelyn, Thanks so much for demonstrating your new technique for applying the lashes (underneath) the natural lashes. You are the first You Tuber that I have seen utilizing this technique and it definitely does look a LOT more natural. This was very ingenious of you! I wanted to ask you which eyelash glue and eyelashes you recommend. Which eyelash glue works best and lasts the longest?
I just discovered this video and I finally found a way to get lashes on. Thank you for this video......by far the easiest and most natural looking way to apply lashes. :) I love lashes now! Although I canât do them everyday I will apply them on the weekends for fun! Thanks again!
I'm so happy you liked it. This is one of the best eyelash technique I use till this day and I love it .
thank you so much for watching .
omg you are pure genius!!!? đ slaying them falses
Iâve been doing this method for over 8 years. Itâs more natural and last longer and with practice it gets easier. Start off by cutting the strips in 3 and gradually move to two but thatâs the best way since everyoneâs eye shape is different. It makes it easier to handle and apply when you cut the strip into separate pieces
WOW!! I'm impressed! I'd never know those were fake on the one side you did them underneath. Amazing. I might try this, but with my luck, I'll get glue right in my eyeballs..yikes!! đ± I'm sure there's a learning curve to this. New subbie here! đ€
thank youđ The learning curve is practice lol. The first time I did it it took me over 25 min and now I can apply them in less than 5 min, now I can't go back đđ
I do this all the time it's the best method for a natural look đ
Thank-you for taking the time to show us both looks. This was a great tutorial!
Linda Leigh Johnson NP thank you for watching Iâm glad u liked my video đđ
So happy I found this, thank you so much, I followed this exactly step by step and it worked beautifully, so grateful đ
Yay! so happy it worked for you, thank you for commenting your experience and for watching my video.đ€
Great video!!! You did good on showing up close how you put them on!!
I have watched many vudeos like this but your obe was broken up into sections beautifully and I loved your close up shots alot. THANK YOU. Your end result is stunning đđ„°
first time applying them!!! it was sooooo easy!!
YOUR SKINđđđđ YOU'RE GORGEOUSâšđ
I am so glad that I found this. It is soooo much cheaper than Lumify lashes. Going to try this soon. Thank you.
OMG I love this methodi just tried it right now for the first and they look gorgeous
Janet Simental đđđ so happy it worked out for you đ
I love it , I will definitely try your way, the other way does leave gaps. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks Jocelyn! Looks beautiful on you! I'm gonna go try this right now....lol
tried this before, it works. I have an old friend who used to do this and i said âare you wearing lashes? It looks so naturalâ and she told me about it
I use the glue Falscara, it's the best for this method...I loved it!!
Looks VERY natural and good. Smart hack! Thanks.
Love this!! Looks amazing! â€
Lusca samuel thank youu đ
Your video was helpful I've never put eyelashes before but I'm going to try
I can't wait to try this I've always put my on top
THANK YOU!!! Iâm gonna try this
These look amazing!
i honestly think its great to put them under your eyelashes look so natural its a lil bit hard but its all worth it for the natural look
This method was easy peasy and quick, thank you for the tutorial
My favorite technique!!
Your skin is beautiful!
you explain very good for people like me who have not been doing false eyelashes...I used to just use mascara.but now I like false eyelashes.you have taught me 2 ways to try.....THANK YOU VERY
donna rothamer đđ NP Iâm happy it helped u đđthank you for watching.
I agree! You make me feel more confidant about trying this! Thanks for sharing. I am going to subscribe to your channel, even though my eye area is mature. I am looking forward to learning more from you! Much love!
Love the video! Learned a lot! Love your eyebrows. Do you have eyebrow video?
I just ordered some mink strip lashes which will be my first time using them as I always use individual lashes. I absolutely agree with her on chopping up the strips because thatâs what I plan on doing. However Iâm going to cut mine into smaller sections so it can last longer. That white glue is ugly and is contrary to all the black mascara and lashes. I recommend using hair bonding glue. Eyelash glue rips your natural lashes off and gets super hard like cement. You can wet hair bonding glue and they slide right off
Thank you I did try it and it's looks and feels great thank you
NP đ happy to know it worked out for you đđ
I've been doing this for about 2 years. It is a game changer! No smudging mascara and beautiful lashes that look like extensions Plus they are about $2 a set. I use the black brush on glue however and no mascara with Arell wispies.
Thanks I'll give a try was doing very wrong putting on lashes great tips
Thank you so much I can't do them on top because of my natural lashes so I always do individual underneath and I need it this
I cut mines in half, versus putting the whole lash on under my eye. So easy!! Look natural.
Charletta Coleman I do this way too. Totally work! đ
What are your thoughts on wearing bottom false lashes? To maybe give it a more dramatic look?
Great tip. Have never tried underneath but looks amazing
You should!
Looks really pretty
Great can't wait to try, TY!
Nice ! You are very brave having that object close to your eye..girl if this was me it would have been when doing your lashes goes wrong lol
Great video! I always section my lashes prior to application. I would just add to go sparingly on the glue and of course allow them to get to the "tacky" stage before applying.
What are your thoughts on wearing bottom false lashes? To maybe give it a more dramatic look?
OMG! I seriously love this! No joke this is the new way I'll be doing my lashes! Thank you tons Queen!! đđâ€ïž-Davia
Davia & Daja have you tried this method yet ?
Olivia Cornelius Hiii! I'm actually trying it on Saturday & I can't wait! I'll be sure to let you know how it goes đ
no problem .đ thank you for watching let me know how it worked out for you.đ
Olivia Cornelius Heyyy girl heyyy! So it went rough hahaha but practice makes perfect â€ïž
so happy to know it worked đđ just keep the practice going.đ
Yes! Thank you sis!
I do the under lash method only !! However I don't cut it into pieces nor put on mascara but I do cut the strip to fit my eye
Literally undetectable unless you over glue .... I love it
Omg. I never knew this. Gotta do this trick...đ€©đđ€čââïž
Wow girl you are good !!!!
Iâm going to try this, thank you!.
Beautiful! I love it!
Omg sharp tweezers so close to eyeballs...I feel like I'd be flinching so hard and like the glue right there would have my ridiculously sensitive eyes just red and watery and makeup running everywhere...nonetheless, I'm trying this, lol
When I saw that tweezer near her eyes all I kept saying was omg girl stop stop stop, I was scared for her.
How did it work out??
đđđđ
Thank you for the tip. I will try this in the morning.
I never cut mine but will definitely try that too. I have success with putting them on whole. I like the sections how you did it. I've been doing this for about six years. I just tried it out because I know I put my individual lashes under so I figured what would it look like if I put a whole strip under đ and loved it ever since.
To be honest you can actually sleep in them and they last a long time being under. I wear them under for a week and then take them off and wash and condition my lashes before applying another set.
Love it its my new way to apply lashes now :) super easy on the first try đđ
thank you I'm happy to know I worked out for you. đthanks for watching .
I have natural long eyelashes but i would like more volume, will my natural lashes break off or fall out if I try this???? Thanks for the video!
I'll be trying this tomorrow!!
Wow thanks! Iam heading to Walmart and going to try this!
Both ways look nice to me. Thanks for sharing.đ
Thank you! đ
Wow Very Innovetive Idea.... Gives a very natural look...
So gorgeous!â€
I'm a nervous wreck shaking beginner so your tutorial looks better than the others so I'm going to start and I'll send pics if it works..RATHER I CAN R CAN'T DUE TO ME U STILL IN THE PLATIUM ARTIST CLUB! FACTZ>I SUBSCRIBED TO U AFTER VIEWING YOUR 6MIN LASH TUTORIAL
I would be poking my eyes every second because my hands are extremely shaky đ
Just what I wanted! Thank you đ
Love it! Thanks pretty girl!
Looks so amazing
Question--when I have removed false lashes from the upper eye lid under the âstandardâ method, if I got the lashes too close to my natural lashes, Iâve pulled some natural eyelashes out. How do you not do that applying the lashes underneath directly on the natural lashes?
Thanks, easy helpful and love new tips!
This looks so good, but unsafe lol... I am trying it! đ
THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!! does it last all day !?
Applying under own eye lashes? WHAT A GREAT CONCEPT!đ
thx 4 the tip.......
I think they both look good.
I'm sure your natural eyebrows and their shape look better on you. I love your lashes and they look neater
Looks great!
It came out pretty. Id b nervous to try this tho because cant the glue get in your eye when it flakes?
I just bought half lashes today for the first time and this looks a million times better than on top
That's really cool but is it safe?
you were the first person I've seen to do this technique and later down the line I see that companies that are selling lashes that are pre-cut claiming that they're attached underneath and they're probably stole your idea
I love using this method BUT now that my eyes water all day from allergies & dry eyes they wonât stay on very long. Back to doing them on top now. :(
I was wandering if there is any damage after long term use.
THANKS QUEEN
