Buuuut that's how it's pronounced in the game, and by the voice actors themselves. Sure, the name is Romanian but the characters speak with Transatlantic accents which would seem weird to pronounce correctly with the U not being silent. And seem more on the English side. That could be noticed with how elegant Lady D is, mainly in the tone of her voice and style, as well as Heisenberg with the cussing. It would be interesting to see how CapCom would have done if they made the characters themselves Romanian. So, in the real world, the U shouldn't be silent in that last name.
