Update: PAP with cytology only for ages 21-29 q3 years. After 30-65 you can begin HPV testing and procedures as you discussed.

I have on question, please: If PAP IV, Bethesda HSIL, CIN 2 or CIN 3 is detected, and a conisation/LEEP or LEETZ is done, how often is the outcome already cancer then instead precancerous cells? Is there a percentage out there? Thanks for your information.
