I don’t know any Italian but I do know some Spanish which is fairly similar. “Facile” is “easy” or “fácil” in Spanish. “Bello” is handsome, which the female alternative “Bella” is occasionally used in Spanish despite not actually being a Spanish word, the best Spanish equivalent of bello is “guapo” or “Bonita” is probably used most for female, although “guapa” is still a word.
