I live in South Florida, I worked for this company in the medical records department. Well, they decided to move the records department into a manufactured building. Being in the hurricane state we were just flabbergasted, we all knew the first strong hurricane and we were going to have medical records strewn all over the city. Well guess what, that building went through level 4 hurricanes and it barely had any damage, I mean minimal. So yeah, I said all that to say this….if made and installed by a good company, those manufactured homes are solid😊 Blessings to you all in your new beautiful home.

I am so glad to see your comments, because I too live is SFL and there are some of those homes that has been up for years. A good build and proper maintenance, they are just fine. I am so happy for this lady and her family.
I love hearing how excited the kids are. We should be getting ours any day now and our 4 year old daughter is telling everyone about how excited she is for the new house.

Over the years many upgrades and changes have been done and ours looks like a wood cabin kind of house.
My son did this for a living for several years. There was no place he couldn’t put a mobile home. 🥰🥰🥰🙏

My first job was cleaning the inside of the mobile homes on the lot. My Dad and uncle sold them on El Camino Avenue in Sacramento for decades at a business started in 1929 by their Father as Pete’s Oil Supply, then Pete’s Trailer Sales, then Pete’s Manufactured Homes and finally Pete’s Mobile Homes! They had single and double wides….
They were the oldest dealer for Fleetwood in California.

In Texas you can’t enter the home til everything is done, like the electrical, plumbing and all interior work.
That is so hard to wait for but so worth it in the end!

Heeeeey I'm in NC too, moved here 2 years ago, bought a small piece of property (2 acres) and am currently living in my RV on the property, i can't wait til I'm able to get me a manufactured home on my land, i love the size of your home, I'm so use to living in big houses so you can imagine how I'm struggling living in this RV lol, but I'm thinking of getting this model or the Marvel 4 bedroom even though it's just myself and my spouse, but seeing as how the 2 models are the same price, hey might as well get the 5 bedroom and have nore space, plus we have 2 big dogs, but i want to do foster care fod older kids, because that's the age group that gets looked over the most, so having that much space wld be great, i love kids of all ages and want to give as many as i can the love and stability that all children need
I'd go with the same model we have. It has so much space.

I’m going to be honest right here. My husband and I have built 3 new construction homes and bought 1 spec home in the last 20 years. (None are very big..about 1700 living space). I said that to say I was more excited over our double wide. Maybe because it was our 1st new home. Idk You’ll love it!

I watched you for the first one day ago. I am totally impressed with how hard you work. Cleaning, organizing kid & husband, and now moving into a new house. Hopefully, all the new rooms for the girls and the little Mr. Busy Boy will help keep things organized. I think it is time to have the big girls step up to help Mom clean & cook. It is never too early to teach & train them in how to do a proper job of cleaning the kitchen or bathroom. Make a comfortable bed. Basic cooking of dinner would help. I am excited to see all of you safely settled in and comfortable.
As you keep watching, you'll notice the girls often pick up messes for Jennifer and they're always helping to watch after their little brother. The oldest two are like little mamas 😅 Jennifer has real, down-to-earth content. I know she's glad you're here.

Having a house “delivered” is a concept I can’t get my head around 😂 It’s amazing. I prefer bricks and mortar but what a great cheaper alternative to get people into their own homes.
i prefer bricks and mortar too, so we cut our house in two and trucked it 200 miles to it's new site... the house was built in 1920, and will be here for another 100 years. We moved... house and all 😂
There are some people who have added “brick and mortar” once the home was delivered. 😂

I love it! I live in a mobile home I bought for next to nothing. 1992. I fixed it up, moved in and lot rent was 300 in 2014. It is 750.00 and gone up twice in the last 6 months.
I want some land and trade it in. Smaller double wide. Enough to FINALLY retire without headaches.

We went with the UltraPro76, ours came from Clayton Homes, I don’t think they sell it anymore, but Marty Wright has it on their site. We love it, we’re a family of 8 and we were used to a single wide, too, so having so much space is like a whole new world 🤣 You’re going to love it when y’all get moved in, I can’t wait to see how you decorate it 🥰
