Beautiful! What kind of foundation did you use? I'm currently purchasing with Home Nation, but looking for affordable permanent foundation ideas
Sorry im not much help all I know is that it's called a block foundation. My husband took care of all that stuff so I don't really remember what he said it was.
What your mobile home called? Next question is did y'all have to wait for them to make it or did you buy it off the place like Clayton homes? We are having to wait on our being built. It's supposed to be done August 25, 2023. Hopefully soon I want out of this apartment really bad. We been here 11 years 6 months. It's been going down hill. Right now air. We are in Texas It's 100 plus degrees having to deal with the apartment with the air smh tell them to fix it. Ways an excuse.
Our double wide model is call the triumph. They already had ours built and sitting on the lot so all we had to wait on was them to deliver both sides and set it up. I hope yours gets done soon and you can move soon. I'll be praying that everything happens soon and goes great for you! ❤️

why did you call yourself 'average'? you could say typical. i dont think you are average cause look where you live. average mommas dont have your lifestyle. dont under estimate yourself.
Why buy a big mobile home with a kitchen that hardly has any cabinet or counter space or pantry? Looks like you went for a larger no frills type of home.
My husband and I decided we wanted to spend our money on having the space we wanted rather than going a little smaller and getting the nicer cabinets and things cause we knew later on those could always be replaced if we wanted to. So we just went with the more basic model of things to get the room we really wanted!❤️
I agree I would buy this one because it has space. Any upgrades can be done in the future.
