This is so good, thank you . I love that you use songs to demonstrate these techniques, for a musical ear it’s a lot more relatable than dry strumming exercises . I’m largely self-taught and have probably picked up some bad habits, I’ve been playing a lot lately and have been experiencing pain in my strumming arm ..I think there’s something I’m doing wrong, so I’ve been trying to find videos that demo proper technique. . It’s cool to have stumbled across another one of your excellent vids. Thanks again !
Another good example that I teach to my students is "Mull of Kintyre" by McCartney. 3/4, swing, and with optional single bass on 1st movement. Two birds with one stone!
This is a real lesson - a video worth returning to repeatedly as one works on these techniques.
