Don’t have it, sorry. You can just grab the original one and use any photo editing app to make it b&w either with a filter or by dropping the saturation down or something like that

My battery health in iphone 15 dropping faster, I have been using it for 40 days and my battery health dropped to 99% .This doesn't make sense, I'm using simple activities like as youtube, whatapps. And my cycle count is 30. But why my battery health is down so fast.

It doesn’t sound that bad, but you can try turning on optimized charging if you don’t have it on already and make sure you’re using an original charger (or a good third party one like Anker for example). Basically the more heat your phone produces, the faster the battery is going to degrade.
