    You and your brother, the bioneer have helped me a lot.
    You changed my training style and also the bioneer. Even though I always did the basic compound exercises and standing exercises, I never focused on other aspects of fitness. Now I do a balanced training style of conditioning, bodybuilding ( no machines) , calisthenics, plyos and Olympic lifts. Also I focus a lot on grip strength, rotation than before. I do towel inverted rows and farmer carries for my forearms. For my core, I do ab rollouts, landmine 180, suitcase carry . Is that good

    I only did Hammer Curls for a long time, and my forearms are really vascular around 175lbs. I always get comments. I incorporated Farmer Carries into my bulk pull day a few months ago after you talked about. Just started cutting so I’m eager to see the results in a few months.

    Suitcase carry is also a great option compared to its counterpart. It gives you more of a core demand than farmer carry! 💪

      Ur Asking the wrong guy considering he's plateaued himself. Best bet is to change up ur routine, up the weight or reps or lower the reps and up the weight, add new Exercises. All plateaus are is the body adjusted to the stress of ur current routine so something a little different tends to break it.
