Two biggest mistakes Trump's lawyers made: taking him as a client, and listening to him on how to run the case.

Problem is, he'll get probation. There's still hope, he may be so stupid as to appeal that.
This is a "felony". We are unclear exactly what the indictment is as it has not be unsealed yet, but it likely will not carry jail time unless he keeps breaching the Gag order. The one that would most likely have landed his orange ass in prison was the mishandling of top secret documents trial in Florida. This one is embarrassing and will forever label him a 'Felon', but the docs case in Florida is the biggest threat to Trump.

Good porn stars are actually usually very intelligent and self-aware, you need to be that to maintain your acting performance in sexual situations when your body is flooded with hormones. Porn scene's also are very loosely scripted so a lot of it falls onto the actors.

I think their bigger mistake is to look down on Stormy for her occupation. She clearly has a lot of life experience. Experience counts for a lot and it showed here.

Having only a *little knowledge* of aviation I think it would be up to the pilot to judge the safety of his/her aircraft and for company procedures to ensure safety (so I wouldn't expect much from DJT on that!). But the FAA may want to investigate, and check out training, skills of the pilot, etc.. and particularly the owner of the aircraft that was clipped will have something to say. It possibly serious as its damage to flight control surfaces of the smaller plane that got clipped could seriously impact safety of flight

If Trump is dictating strategy to his lawyers, does that nullify the inadequate counsel claim on appeal? If your lawyer does a crappy job, that can be grounds for appeal, but if the crappy job was at your direction, they can hardly be held responsible.
