This is great, and I'm so glad this video was produced! Sure Massive is older, and sure NI's new flagship is Massive X, but this is still a very usable synth. Nice to see NI still supporting it in this way.

Thank you for this! The “Sounds” section in the “Browser” section is massive (no pun intended) bc the KK Collectors Edition has so many expansions & the folders are “pre-mapped” to Sounds & “pre-opened” so I’d have to scroll for so long to get to my User Sound Banks. NI Tech Support agreed it’s a glitch, but couldn’t find a fix for this issue so I stopped using Massive. The “Programs”feature sounds like it will help me to get a handle on this. Massive was/is my favorite synth soundwise 😊

A synth has cool sounds, hard to use. Really good, but not super popular like the most beautiful farm ever, most people love the food 🥑 but they wouldn't wanna visit. It's beautiful though. I like a synth good times 2014 vibes

Wow, thank you so much for this. I have Massive almost two years now and never used it. Now thanks to this video I will finally use it in my work :-) I looked all over the place, but cannot find a way of having the scope pop up like in this video (7,27) Any suggestion?

How you are able to show the Waveform in the UI? There is no Scope in my massive ! :(
Any plans to make massive UI scaleble? Also want it for FM8 as well. Own both of them and they are barely readable on laptop screens.

How many dials are there in total in Massive ? I'm using 1.1.4 but I'm guessing it hasn't changed much in general control wise.

Perfect tutorial and using Massive since 2014 and it's one of the bests for EDM. So rich soundbanks out there. My only problem with Massive is, I don't see a screen size option. I have 34 inch screen but still a small Massive. That's kinda sad. I wanna magnify it. And still don't know why it doesn't have this simple feature in the options in 2024...

How do I get the plugin to save my browser view? When I go through the presets and choose a certain one by criteria and then use other plugins, it always goes back to the standard browser view with ALL the presets instead of those I filtered before. So basically, it throws me out of my folder everytime. What can I do about this?
When I use komplete kontrol, there is no voicing tab, how can I play two different notes while using kontrol?
I love this tutorial thank you! It's crazy to think I was using MASSIVE in 2011 and had no clue, but the patches were so good it sounded amazing. This video helps me understand what's going on so much better - the oscilloscope is especially illustrative (15:15) - which one is that, may I ask?
The scope is actually from the Reaktor Blocks series, Massive is virtually routed into Reaktor to show the waveform!

Still my goto vst. A real Massive 2.0 with custom wavetables, and wavs instead of that few noise options would be awesome. I would happily pay for it.

I can use my own patches made in Massive with Maschine+ standalone, right?
Sweet cause I still use this synth and FM8 along with Serum which kinda took over. I could see you doing newer versions like Massive X which I haven't tried but have heard it's just not the same functionality as this OG synth. Would be great if there was an easier way to upload 3rd party presets though. I never have all my presets show up in the Browser section and have to go through them all under Attributes and put them under the same Bank names. It's super time consuming which is ridiculous. I'm sure updating this old plugin isn't at the top of your list but if I were you guys I would continue to make it better but sticking to its basic same setup.
How do you change the tune in massive?
The only thing that i can't find whether it's possible to zoom the interface, increase the size, etc

NOT HAPPY - Massive X WILL NOT install on my Mrk3 Controller. I can't figure out what the issue is, and the forums are full of people with a similar problem. What can I do, please?
Midi learn in vst mode is disabled. I could find that option by enabling midi controller in midi setup in standalone mode only. Any suggestion regarding this? Any help greatly appreciated
