- Spring time on Mackinac Island is always crazy. Between spring cleanup, the thousands of flowers we plant, and then new projects, it's hard to take a breather. This year is no different, but it might be a little more intense. Right now at Hotel Iroquois, we are completely redoing their back patio and dining area to make way for the NEW boat dock and lounge area. And I am telling you right now that this project is going to be BANANAS!

Had the best trip to Island today. Not only did I get to see the gardens, but got to meet you. My husband and I noticed you again later talking to people in a suits, you clean up nice. Thanks again for all you do to help make God's world so beautiful.

It’s amazing how quickly that came together. You and your team did a great job. I have my dinner reservation made for July 26. Tell them I’m aiming to have cocktails on that dock, Jack. 😉
I will~~ the dock portion, like so many other projects, is delayed slightly as they wait on some bollards or something to show up… but, it’s close~

Other beautiful project. One of the most beautiful places we had visited, my husband wanted to go back to island without dog this year, unfortunately he passed away few month ago. We had cocktails in that hotel patio admiring how all the flowers ware so beautiful and I must taken hundreds of photos and I haven’t forget meeting your grandmother. I am so glad we had visited islands.

Ironically the day you dropped this video was my anniversary & we spent it on Mackinaw Island. The weather was a little cool so they didn’t have the back patio open but we did get to sit on the enclosed side patio, have our cocktails & appys which were yummy. I had to laugh, I was telling my hubby about the way it used to look but it didn’t look like that anymore! Lol Came home yesterday & already want to go back. I told him that I bet you could go every two weeks and see new things in bloom.

I've only caught on to Jack a couple of years ago but my love for the island has been an ongoing thing for over 6 decades. So blessed to be able to drive there in 3 hours. Thanks Jack, I love it!

Jack, you are a magician. Mackinac Island is on my list of places to go when I retire.
Seems like the video was taken early spring and not in June. It’s easier to watch and relate when they are shared closer to the actual time taken
