Spot on video mate, i went through the whole family court thing as a kid over 30 years ago, still messes my head up to this day. Thinks thats why music and the whole scene at the time gave me a release from it all.
You certainly are not alone. My son has been manipulated into feeling so guilty for leaving his mother that he has refused to leave her. Solicitors and courts are the only winners in this horrible situation to be in. My now wife and I have had to put our lives on hold for the last 8 years to try and make my son's mother realise that we want to be part of his life. I don't get a say in any of the decisions in his life like what school he goes to. We have put so much time effort and money into being there for him to have it all thrown back at us it's heart breaking. We are right there with you on this and cafcass will only get involved if there is a court case and that is something that needs to change.

EXACTLY the same thing first time round...for me... court said, yes you can see your daughter.... mum dosent bother to be there or makes it hard for me to see her... or even vanishes for over 18 months!
Grew up without both my parents, raised by my grandparents. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have any issues from it.

The worst thing I ever did was go through the family court system, the lies these women tell is horrible.
And one of the very worst aspects of all this injustice, is that we are not allowed to talk about our experiences (otherwise we are breaking the law) and so the whole ugly business gets swept under the rug. I'm still in enormous pain 5 years on and don't think I will ever really heal from the experience.
I feel for you mate I realy do.
My kids are my world.
It's one thing me and my wife promised each other. No matter what happens with us. We will not use the kids on each other.
I know people that have and it's awful to watch there hate put on the kids. Hope it works out for you in the end and your kids see past all the bullshit

Feeling for you my dude, my fathers gone through the exact same issue with his other child and after a decade spent well over $80,000 defending himself and throughout he was never proven of doing anything wrong. At the end of the day I can see it hurting him heaps but there is nothing he can do about it because how corrupt it's been throughout and how the court system always favours the mothers side. At the end of the day it hurts a parent if they cannot be with there child but guaranteed it hurts more in the long run to the actual child as this has gone on there whole lives and for what, just some power play bs in where someone has to be right and someone has to be wrong. Keep your head up, things always seem to sort themselves out and keep smashing the incredible DJ work your doing right now!
I'm in the US and have full custody of my daughter from a prior relationship. As the father as soon as I walked into these court rooms I was often villainized just because I was the father. My daughter was out of school for a month while I was trying to get some sort of temporary or emergency custody or anything so I could enroll her into school. They took my money every time and then the judges would tell me they couldn't do anything. Finally I had a woman judge who actually listened and didn't judge me just bc I was a man. She gave me temporary custody until the follow up court date at which point she granted me full custody.
Thank you for sharing this. It's an important issue that needs to be talked about more. I'm sorry about what you've been through, I can't even imagine the stress and pain it must cause you. It's terrible that people like this exist and the systems we have in place to stop them are just flawed money machines. It needs to be changed.
What will it take what can we do to get the alienter charged with child abuse.

Well said! I lived this exact nightmare trying to be more then a few weeks a year dad. The hate and lies that the mother told my child was unreal. But my son started to see them as lies the older he got. Yet the system failed badly. Sadly at the same time all this was going on my son was battling leukemia. He is no longer on this earth so my fight is over. But there are thousands more parents dealing with similar issues. STOP THE HATE. Like i say just one more track! Just keep pushing don't give up on the kids. that's is what matters most is them. Time doesn't wait for a court!
same in the US. The system not only placed my two boys but also have not let me have any access in 8 years !!! too bad I didn't have the $ for a good attorney
was blessed to have both my parents when growing up. now me and my partner have a child of our own. all I want is to give her love, care and stability. know someone who is experiencing something similar to what you described, awful for everyone. and sadly the children suffer most in these cases. stay strong bro, be that rock for your children! god bless

It won't stop because it doesn't affect women as a rule - it is to their advantage. You are right, the Court system is there to make money & it can financially & emotionally shaft men with impunity. They know this & that's why they do it - if there isn't conflict in the Courts the lawyers & barristers don't earn much & that means they can't buy their enormous houses & cars & little Tarquin & little Jemima can't go to private school. I agree children need both parents. When my parents split up I was four years old. I was lucky enough to choose who I wanted to live with. I chose my Mum because she was the better parent. However, my mother never stopped me seeing my father (even though he did not always make time for my sister or I). He has apologised for not being the father we needed, so that is something. We did not need a Court System. Parents need to think about the children and what is best for them. Great video and I am really sorry that your children are missing out on their Dad. The Court Systems is all about MONEY! At four years old I chose the best parent so I believe children should be allowed a voice to say what they want. Ditch the courts they do not protect victims of child abuse. Look at Louise Badman and how she was failed.
Also check out Long Lost Family the TV Show where people spend their life searching for the family they missed out on. This proves in itself how people really need their blood parents and family.

I can't speak for the UK, but the same goes on here in the states. It can frequently make bad, biased decisions, and mostly exists just so it can justify it's existence and keep getting the almighty tax dollar.
Sorry to hear you're having such difficulty with the "family" court system. Different situation, but been there, done that, and it's infuriating. Hope you can find a way to get some favor out of it and decrease the abuse for your family
One piece of information that might just be relevant. Family Lawyers take nearly £2 billion every year in the uk. Four huge Family Law firms take over a billion pounds every year. This much money has a huge amount of power. They are not going to let the abuse of a few children get in the way of that torrent of cash. Even the banking system has more controls and restrictions than the family court legal ‘advisors’.
Okay I'm going to tell you all of you who students or friends of the professor here but I have been unlawfully evicted from my rental unit, this happened on the 15th of November, so I got served an order of protection against the rental unit because my landlord from hell wanted me to pay her family's entire utilities, now here in the states the disabled get money every month from the government which is not much to live on in a month, I get a grand total of 775.00 a month.
So there's no way I would ever agree to sign a rental application that requires me to pay for everyone else, I have proof of original rental agreement and forged, yup, you read that right, so since the 15th of November I have been on the streets and as of yesterday I got back in with my abusive parents and my counselor's are monitoring my situation, I'm currently broke from the succubus landlord from hell and I have been taken care of looking for a permanent place for me and my two cats. So yeah I'm really really trying to keep my chin up and keeping calm when the folks throw the artillery barges at one another and I get caught in the crossfire.

I am out of options.. I am going too pull a hunger strike for what the social are doing too me, five years am. Out of options am. Not going too climb buildings or bridges.. Am. Going too starve myself until social are investagated with there criminality in my case.. I was granted access by a judge and gaurdian.. And social have blanked me ignored me after five years of fighting.. And the social have broken the judges orders there criminals..

I came to exactly the same conclusion, and I am going to write an article about it. But I am looking for victims that can share the stories so I can document them.
Bottom line is, there’s nothing we can do, I’ve been following all this stuff for the last few months as I’m in the same boat, and not seen anything yet that can even give me a day of hope. As this is all part of the legal system.
Unfortunately it won't stop in our lifetime. The justice system is way too heavily polluted for the society to see what is really happening until they get a taste of it themselves. The Family Court is one of the smallest cogs of the meat grinder that you and I are going through.

Why don't men realise that in 3 seconds they can create a child...and that child's life can be a misery if 'dad' has not considered the future of the children when they're lives in utero and beyond are not welcome or considered.
Is this woman I lie with supported enough to provide a healthy connection with the children she carries so that they feel deep down that they were loved including before they were born?

I am so upset that this is happening, I know there are the aggressive minority on both sides and this does not help!!! Both just believing the hype....un informed and fascist in there views but!!!! This 2 tier policing has been going on for decades. How I was treated by the police when I was the one being abused by my daughters mother it was unbelievable what they would let her do what she got away with and if I had done just 1% of what she did how she behaved etc I would be in prison and never see my daughter again and this 2 tier policing happened again and again and again as it did not fit the narrative that the woman could be the abuser. It's a long story but I am still very much affected by this the constant arrests and for what absolutely nothing ever on my part....
