I will lose all remaining faith inour justice system if this women isn’t found innocent and the real monsters don’t get indicted tried and convicted. This is just sad.

They said that they had no probable cause to go inside that house to investigate... Wired?... Wouldn't the dead body be enough for probable cause?.. 🤔🤔🤔🤷♂️🤷🙅♂️

Yes, there was enough probable cause to obtain a search warrant. Wasn't done because it was a cop's house. Whole investigation was terrible.
Front lawn is public and no one ever saw him go inside
An accident reconstructionist should be able to reconstruct the situation and tell if a vehicle like hers could cause the injuries that are consistent with his injuries or disprove it and it should be that simple imo
The google search and health data is also key. The defense says they have evidence showing someone in that house googled how long to die in cold that night and they say his health data shows he took over 80 steps and walked 3 flights of stairs

Let me break this trial down for you guys in layman's terms: Think of a sports league - any sports league out there (NFL,NBA,MLB,NHL), Now think of the absolute worst team in one of those leagues. That is literally how BAD the prosecution's witnesses are. I have never in my life witnessed such a sham. I don't understand how this case was allowed to happen. But of course, when the referee (judge) is clearly trying to rig the game in favor of one team, you understand why.
The defence is playing a beautiful strategy and they barely have to try. This case isn't even about Karen Read anymore, the prosecution is literally spending all their time defending their witnesses. That explains everything you need to know.

This is my first comment on this case. If I were on the jury, I would have reasonable doubt at THIS point. ❤ Lack of appropriate investigation opens the door wide open for doubt.
@Nocomment950 There wasn't even a policeman guarding the scene at 8:00am, if as you say a crime was admitted to. Not a thing to suggest a crime had occurred. Many people confess to a crime but then recant whenever they sober up/ speak to a lawyer etc. The area should have been secured and protected at the very least. But muh crime scene tape was getting blown about your honour, so we just fkd off back to the station to high 5 each other.🙄
You may be right. If they lose this case, it will be based on the poor response and investigation. If he was that bruised up,\ and Karen was that hysterical and forgetful, they should have realized immediately they needed to hunker down the scene and the investigation. Very poor job. Reminds me of SLED in the Murdaugh investigation [or lack thereof]. With a COP no less, dead how could they not realize that this would end up in a trial. Cops are usually fierce about solving crimes that harm cops. This is just crazy how it went. But since they probably DID KNOW it's be high profile, simply b/c John was a cop, they must've thought they were doing an OK job at the time.

When will the show the footage of her SUV it was taken at 5 am and her taillight was INTACT!!! Not only this but the phones, the calls between the Brian Albert and Briggs…the dog, the home being sold, basement floor being ripped up…the play fighting in the bar. My guess is that they started play fighting again while at the home and something happened, either the dog took it as he needed to step in or he took a fall and hit his head on the gym equipment. I just hope they are able to pull cell data and also did no one have ring cameras?!!
How far from the street was his body found? By the street or in the yard? The pictures look like it’s the middle of the lawn.
Albert was confronted by O'keefe about him texting his GF, thats why Read refused to go into the house, punches were thrown, the dog got involved and we know the end result. It all took place in the basement. Cellphone was key and Albert knew it...

I feel for Karen having to listen to this corrupt family's lies and the botched police investigation. I cannot imagine the jury convicting her.
Yes, it must be torture, John's brother sitting so close to her, with his eyes boring into her with such hatred too. She's never even been able to grieve the loss of her partner. I really hope the feds are watching this trial and are ready to make arrests at the conclusion. At least many for perjury. The judge isn't fit to sit, her conduct has been atrocious.
The Albert's text message - 'the guy did not come into the house'. Why send this to all in their group?

Since when have the cops not gone door to door to make enquiries even to ask if anyone heard or saw anything? I mean id think there would be more neighbours home than not at tgat hr of the morning, especially when there's a storm brewing, yet no-one comes out to see what's happening with all the blue lights and commotion, guess everyone turned a blind eye. No neighbourhood watch in that street

She's the only one charged facing a trial 2 plus years later.There's no exculpatory evidence otherwise the trial would have been stopped Shes guilty as charged and she knows it!
Then why has every single witness that they call either lie or hostile or both? That doesn't make any sense. Just like the bite marks or scratch marks on the man's arm and his injuries don't make sense either

@@yogabee2222 A hostile witness is a witness who is hostile/uncooperative or otherwise not inclined to testify on direct. Just because you don't like what they have to say, it doesn't make them liars or hostile in the sense you're trying to use it in.

They don’t have any evidence that proved without a doubt she did it, I don’t think she done it
