Was hoping you would do a goalie follow up. By far the most knowledgeable EASHL CZcamsr. These other goalies on CZcams change their opinions on goalie every week and are not very helpful from a teaching perspective.

To answer your question. Yes goalie is the hardest if you’re great! Take examples of Hellybuck’s workload, or Carey Price, Vancouver Goalie’s in general. If you’re not that good it’s not that hard. Not many goalies a team
What stances do you use in the video? One is stance 6 but the other one with wider legs is which number? Great Video so far perfect explained for beginners.
I was waiting for NHL 24 so much and wanted to try the new control, but when I saw that ea was cut out of the game precision modifier and animation for it, I was really upset. They just slowed down the game for the goalkeeper. It binds hands. For now, I’ll stay in nhl 22 until better times.
Game is wonky in certain areas but one of the better balanced offense to defense games they've made. if you don't like a team game and want to try to do it all yourself, then this is not the game for you
Depending on the build I'm using, I'll use speed burst a lot more if I'm a butterfly build in a lot of situations. for the most part though, it's once they are established in the zone and are now looking at cross creases, especially from down low in the corners. I do not use anticipation. too many buttons for me to worry and think about. I messed with it a couple of times and didn't like it.
Nope you hold left stick in as you move and you’ll get a speed boost I usually change the button mapping to my rb button so I can use it whenever I want

Do you ever do like a half push? And also do you do speed burst just when your out of position? Lastly do you hold in anticipation?

you can't paddle down anymore. they took it out last year.

correct. I am on PS5, so I go into my settings and change my L3 to R1 so I can move faster when I need to.

yea, I play D and G. I've done videos for both but find it easier and more helpful on the G side for CZcams.
