  • Kapenta is a delicious Malawian dish made from small dry fish. It's a great accompaniment to any Nsima dish and can be enjoyed over lunch or dinner.
    INGREDIENTS
    Kapenta
    Onions
    Tomato
    Salt
    Oil
    Becareful when adding salt to Kapenta as it is naturally salty. I soaked mine 3 times with hot water to clean and remove the salt hence why I added a bit when cooking. Enjoy Cooking
