As a dude from Latin America, I think the 2019 origin of the meme is wrong. I remember quite vividly around 2016 (or even much earlier) that there were quite a handful of people over on our continent making Dorime memes and jokes, even proper comedians were making jokes about it on TV. So, my guess is that the meme died out around 2017 or '18 but resurged in 2019. I might be wrong but I thought it was something that was worth bringing up. Nevertheless, amazing video as always, keep up the good work and efforts my man.
In Brazil there are two other reasons why this meme is huge. There are some hilarious versions of this song played as brazilian folk as in “dorime bregafunk” or “passinho do ameno” that became very popular. In the meantime, with the release of Netflix’s The Two Popes, somebody found a picture of two cute rats dresses as popes and called them “dorime” and “ameno” referencing the song. Together with the praying dog called Latire, the dorime zoo is, until now, the greatest brazilian meme of 2020.
but in Portuguese, for instance, it is really similar to "we bark", that is also why the miku version has a lot of dogs on the video, it is from Brazil
