Even though enough food is grown to feed all 7 billion people on Earth, around 795 million (so 1 in 9 people) do not eat enough food to maintain good health. These people don’t just live in less developed countries, being undernourished is a problem all over the world.
The ability to provide enough food for people is called food security.

Well, all in all there is some truth here. But sadly what is not shared is how certain societies and industries create so much food waste, just because they have a "stable" or "wealthy" economy. Using words such as fair trade and eco friendly as if they were actually doing any good or wanting to contribute to the improvement of the health of other societies or taking care of our habitable space here on earth. I am not here to point out the obvious, but hopefully I can reach some folks to start being more conscious about what they consume and start taking care of their own food.
