  • My first full animated infographic and the largest project I have ever taken on-4 months of researching, calculating, writing, illustrating, animating, and editing.
Climate change is a real and serious issue. In this animated infographic, we dive into the science behind human-accelerated climate change, how it is affecting our planet, why we need to act on this issue, and how you as an individual can contribute to the solution.

Take a bit more time then and learn what a load of bunkum he is telling you . . no science here . . go find the real scientists who actually have studied, experimented, and literally discovered some, and I mean just some, of the verifiable facts about climate . . this post is propaganda.

Hey, thank you so much! When I was mapping out the video that's what I was going for-videos on climate change that I saw were either briefly about issues, and briefly about solutions, but not very thorough on both parts. After researching and scripting out the piece, I realized it was going to be an 8-9 minute video, but I was ok with that because I knew it was covering all the information that I wanted to share. So, thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it and got something out of it!

Mankind needs to move past animal agriculture for many reasons. For one thing, it would reduce zoonotic diseases like the current pandemic, and the last one in 1918 which sprang from an animal farm in Kansas. Here is another. "Eating a vegan diet could be the “single biggest way” to reduce your environmental impact on earth, a new study suggests. Researchers at the University of Oxford found that cutting meat and dairy products from your diet could reduce an individual's carbon footprint from food by up to 73 per cent.Sep 24, 2020 Link on my channel under "About."

why does this have absolutely NO veiws? this is a serious problem! in the last few weeks i started realizing just HOW serious this is! i mean hell in a year on average a person pumps out more CO2 than an elephants weighs! i suggest 3 things. underground energy, fusion reactors or a dyson swarm. the underground energy the easiest, the fusion reactors the most energy dense and the dyson sphere the most energy. we could also use windmills, the ocean current, more solar panels and so on! i dont know how much i can help because of my age but i will try to! humans are facing many problems in our modern times. this is one. and our ignorance isnt helping. people dont realize the dangers of this, i didnt! now i do. right now the best we are doing are green energy and capturing CO2 by machines, wich is good but we need more! the best we can do is green energy for now, but in the future we can start on harder projects.

Has anyone figured out what this critical concentration should be? My guess is the typical water vapor alone in the atmosphere would be sufficient to block 100% long wave thermal radiation from the earth's surface.

      · THE SEA RISE: The heat loss from the smokestacks can be harnessed to heat microcrystalline wax at a hot liquid state feed into a large container. The carbon and soot along with the heat, are being captured and forced into a large holding tank, Wax loves carbon, it eats carbon. The carbon acts as a dye. Now that the carbon is in a liquid state, it can not possibly become airborne. The carbon along with the many airborne particulates settles at the bottom of the tank as a sludge and then emptied through a valve. More wax is added to displace what was used or emptied and works something like a toilet. When black carbon and soot become airborn then settle on snow and ice that absorb the heat of the Sun causing the snow and ice to melt and aids in the sea to rise. Snow and ice reflect the Sun, but not in this case.

I have to be honest that I didn't think much about climate change when I was still at school . Because our teachers đin't talk in detail about its effect, students há the tendency not to care about it too. But now I have a change of my heart , start to care more about climate and learn how to protect our planet

One of the most efficient videos I've seen expressing climate change. Have you taken into consideration, that because there's more clouds in the sky then the Sun is blocked stopping the precipitation process. Direct sunlight is warmer than a cloudy pollution filled sky day. If the moisture isn't getting circulated back up to the ice caps then we have a warmer climate. I don't believe the greenhouse effect to be that much of a problem compared to the inability to precipitate the water.
Obviously feeding 60 billion land animals water that goes into the ground and takes a while to go back into the stream and the oceans.

Hi Matt, I hope you are well. We are running some Climate Conversations in our community and we are very impressed by this film and want to use it to explain to people the basics about climate change. We have an event set for tomorrow and we hope to live stream this event for our community using CZcams. One thing I know we need to be careful of when live streaming is music rights. Firstly, I hope you are happy for us to share your film, and secondly can you confirm do you have the rights to the music you used and if not do you know who does? Thank you for your work Matt and your support. Best wishes. Marion

Really well done video. In addition to replacing our energy with wind&solar, we can harness a great deal of energy by harvesting biomass from many of our forests, via the conversion of it to biochar, thereby locking the carbon in a stable solid. We can produce fertilizer with that energy, and in tandem with biochar enhance the soil of the forests we utilize, soils we grow in, etc. Improving yield whilst actively sequestering carbon from the athmosphere.
If we use that energy to power indoor agriculture (vertical farming), we'll be able to halt deforestation, and potentially reforest farmland for energy and biochar.

If we want to effectively tackle these problems, what we need is to focus only on measures that have a real impact
    1) distance tax: a tax that increases the longer the goods are shipped or transported- this incentivizes a local economy and stops the mess of goods running around the world for no reason.
    2) female education- the more educated the less children they will have, as overpopulation is a huge problem
    3) tackle income inequality- tax the super wealthy and the multinationals, make them pay the right share, no more tax avoidance or producing in countries with lower regulations. Big companies need the most resources and make up the biggest polluters, so local and smaller is better.
    4) universal basic income so people dont have "to make a living" at any cost and follow their passions- no damaging, stupid or unnecessary work
    5) make hemp biodiesel (and other biodiesels) make up 30% of all fuel compulsory in the economy and make investments. Tackle food waste and make it maximal 5% of all produced. Go towards 0% fossil fuels with improved technology. Swap most plastics for hemp-derived materials. Scale down the flight industry to max 20% what it is today
    6) sustainability index- make an index of the worst environmental offender-practices. Ban those that are not needed and bring within limits those that can be made sustainable. Use taxes to incentivize/disincentivize
    7) go towards a bio-adapted infrastructure such as passages for the wild under highways and so forth. Go back to natural farming, drop all intensive farming, is healthier anyway. Decrease production of animal products. Abandon chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides, all not sustainable.
    8) we need a working UN back in some form, to protect areas such as the amazonas and other strategically important parts of the world for the ecology. Besides that we need first nation countries to invest in countries that are lagging behind, as the investment would yield much greater results. This is a global challenge. Besides that, governments need to take back their role as the enforcers of the general interest over counterproductive private interests.
    9) drop all the measures that won't make any difference and accept that we can't control it 100% at this point. Maybe there are some benefits in a warmer climate too.
    Feel free to copy/paste

By the following It is abundantly Clear that Global warming is caused by humans :
If you have a bath tub in which water is flowing and draining at 2 gpm the water level in the bath tub will always remain the same .
But if you INCREASE the rate at which water is flowing INTO the tub by 3% and decease the rate that water is flowing OUT of the tub by 37% the water level is going to rise.

The flow of green house gases and the absorption of green house gases used to be in balance until man added and additional 3% by burning fossil fuels and subtracted 37% of the earth’s capacity to absorb green house gasses by clearing 37% of earths forests .
To make matters worse : the 37% of earth\s forests that we cleared away began to rot and give off green house gases and then we used that land to raise cows . Each cows belches 70 liters of methane per day. Methane is 23 times more heat trapping than CO2.
77% of all farm land is cattle pasture .
Therefore become vegan to stop deforestation and global warming
