Loved taod in the whole and the cows sounding off . Thankyou .
Thanks Nancy 🙌
Good morning from Ludgershall. That was a slightly different format, but it worked well! No real need to worry over cows pushing each other around. As your mum knows, each group have a pecking order, but when another group are introduced, that order has to be reasserted. It's what animals do. But without horns, no damage is done, except to their pride! Yes. It's been a wet start to the year. The water table is very high, hence the flooded fields. We've also had some very mild nights. Frequently, the temperature has only fluctuated by one or two degrees in 24 hrs and with very few frosts, many flowers and shrubs are blooming early.
Lovely update! Water table is so high isn’t it - too much rain! Great to hear from you 🙌
Lovely video Ru & Sarah thanks for showing, take care both.
Thank you Keith!!
All the best for spring. We all having a tough time with rain and flooding push on your doing great

Thank you, really looking forward to it. Just a few lambs to see first. Lovely to hear from you 🙏🏼
Very good video Ru and Sarah all the best for the lambing we have just 4 ewes left to lamb out of 96 but think I will lamb a couple of weeks later next year as the weather here in Ni has been awful and shed space was limited think you guys have picked a nice time of year to start all the best with the wedding preparations 🙂
We had first calf of the season last week (we breed on an 18-month cycles, not 12-months), just as the weather cools off in Autumn. Best of luck for your calving season🤞 Our 700L deep freeze died last weekend and it had 1 steer, 1.5 sheep and half a pig in it. We managed to parcel it out to friends and family while we waited 5 days for a replacement. The dramas of farm life. 😉 My recipe of the month is Hot Cross buns
Oh goodness !!! Good job you noticed !!! Come on then, share the recipe !! Great to hear from you Cassie 💛
Love the Herdwicks (esp Gladys) and the playfull dogs!! Wedding soon eh? In M or somewhere even more posh??
See u with the lambs next month.
Paul,
WW Village.
They’re such lovely sheep aren’t they 🙌 thank you Paul. Hahah. Actually not in Marlow no, nowhere too posh (on sentiment at least), mum wouldn’t let me live it down!! Great to hear from you as always !
R🙏🏼
Great vid thank u. I make 12 individual yorkshire puds with one Goose egg and OMG perfection x
Wow! Sure sounds it
I've never seen toad in the hole outside of the UK, I didn't know about it before my second time there (I'm French). It is very British. Same with Yorkshire pudding, we know of it, but I only had it in Yorkshire.
Thank you, so great to hear this perspective. It’s known, but not made - you fancy the recipe 😅 ?
I always forget the name of this channel though I can always remember a few letters, L, A, K, PH?, or F?, and then I add 'English', and then I am finally here again. Hopefully, remembering 'the enemy's FLANK' will bring me back instantaneously in the future ....
Thank you for pulling through & finding us. Excited that you’re here !
