John is right, it's the 909 but there is a tght reverb and a pitched down clap and maybe if the clap was stuck into tthe sampler they played with the ADSR to get iit tght and punchy - you can get pretty close wth just that and a reverb, and maybe a group compressor on tthe whole ki or clipping in the sampler (12bit) or on tthe mixer used at the time...just made a very very similiar clap using tthat aproach..
