If you lived nearby you could have my Moth sample. I bought it out of morbid curiousity, because I have a moth phobia. The perfume is dusty old clothes in an attic. Yay! Hate it! 😵😬😄

Never got the chance to get my nose on any zoologist! I’ve been so intrigued by the brand but never pulled the trigger on a bottle or any samples I’ve been really wanting to smell a lot of them! T. rex especially! Great video as always Steven! Man it’s been 7 years already that’s crazy I think I’ve been subscribed for at least 5. You Cody and Carlos were my first reviewers I subscribed too on CZcams when I started my journey 5-7 years ago and wow has everyone evolved sense then. Think of how big the community has grown sense then wow truly amazing!!!

I've just tried Zoologist's Camel, and was floored by the complexity and beauty of that scent- and I would love to sample Nightingale, bat, rhino, or any of their other scents.

All of these zoologist fragrances really intrigue me as I have yet to try anything from the house as of yet. One inky smelling fragrance I do own is Alpine Winds Intense from Parfums Vintage. I really enjoy that one very much. Great review Steven!!

I just tried Panda and it smelt kind of like Pineapple. I had tried the strangers brand but was blown away by Zoologist. I'll be trying more from this house.
This house is fabulous. Squid sounds very interesting. I like where Mr. Wong is taking his business. Elephant and Macaque are still my favorites.

I've tried everything from the house aside from Squid. I am captivated by them. Even if not something I'd wear regularly, they are all so interesting and creative. Favorites are Rhino, Civet, Camel, and Dragonfly with an honorable mention going to Bat.

I absolutely love Zoologist their fragrances always take me on an adventure. My favorite is Elephant but I do adore hummingbird and bat.

The presentation is 1000%. So slick! I can't believe BAT is an endangered species....it's so dreamy! I have sampled most of the older fragrances from the house and frankly this is the one which appeals to me the most. I don't like straight up aquatics - Acqua di Gio being one of the most hideous things I've ever smelled - but salty notes with a sweet undertone sounds lovely - if it's anything like say, Long Courrier. I read about Squid in The Guardian and was intrigued by the description, so I ordered a sample (with camel and panda) right away. I loved it so much I ordered the small size, and now that I'm running out (It lasted forever, a few months) I decided to splurge on the full size. I was googling the company (Canadian, btw, which is cool cause I live here) and found your channel. I love indie, out-of-the-ordinary scents, so I'm looking forward to perusing your videos!

A warm, dark, aquatic fragrance with an ink accord. Fragcom influencers have really peaked my interest into Zoologist. I haven't even gotten my nose on any of these, yet. I would love the opportunity to smell this highly-anticipated release!

Inky , salty .... definitely a concept away from the rest. The notes on Squid sounds great and I would love a sample of it . The Zoologist may not be everyone's cup of tea however I'd love to try it . Nice work once again Steven .

After wearing it yesterday afternoon and again this morning at work, I can say that I love it. On my skin it has a sort of dull sweetness to it, almost like a saltwater taffy. It definitely gives me "dark blue" vibes.

I still don't own any Zoologist fragrances. However, I love the sea and the fragrances which try to evoke such feelings. I'm an avid diver, sailboat skipper and overall, in love with the seas. Wherever I went in my life, the sea is one place I always came back to. That's why I think this fragrance would be an excellent entry into their line for me.

Hi, i would like to try a zoologist fragrance but i don't have any place close to try them. Can you tell me which of all the ones you have is the most versatile? Which one would be the most easy and acceptable to use? I have a decent collection of different kind, but if im buying one i would lime to have the less complicated and more manly possible. The easiest one to wear is this one. Rhinoceros, Macacque, and Panda are fairly easy to wear too.

If you want the best salt fragrance try rirana salty citrus. It's a banger for sure. I would love a bottle of squid for the fall. Your review is everything I was hoping in this release. Mainstream fragrances are just boring for me anymore. Thanks for the review Steven

I have a few from this house. Hate it when they reformulate. Also, a really big fan of Bat, sad they are discontinuing it. I had to spray some on when you mentioned it. Wonderful. My favorite is Camel. I would like to try Chameleon.

I recently purchased the easy loving sample set from Zoologist and is awaiting its delivery, very excited to try it out especially Panda (2017) and Nightingale. This however, also seems very interesting as if I am not wrong it is the first aquatic fragrance from Zoologist. Chameleon also sounds very interesting with all the fruity notes.

While some fragrances that I try do not have a memory and valence attached to them yet, Zoologist Squid is not one of these fragrances. Instead, it evokes a strong olfactory memory from my childhood. This particular odor bouquet reminds me of vacationing in Hilton Head in the early nineties. Of course, it captures features of the beach. But, to my nose, there is also an aspect of this fragrance that reminds me of the rubbery-plastic pool/beach toys that I would bring with me on said vacations. For me, this fragrance has such positive associations tied to it, which is why I am so happy that I recently added it to my collection. I cannot wait to wear it during the warmer months 😍
As a Puerto Rican in the middle of Texas, I try to get my hands on as many marine scents as I can. I love remembering the beaches and the smell of the ocean. I’d love to try Squid and see how it stands against other fragrances within the same family.

Sounds like an interesting release. With zoologist I found it's really not good to blind buy, so I'd love to try a sample of this one, and single in a fan of spices and amber I think Camel would be up my alley.

I’m most interested in trying Chameleon, since it has the note of mango, which is my favorite fruit. It sounds so tropical. Squid, also intrigued me because of that ink note and also because is salty.

I got to try Squid on paper the other day and it was lovely. Sweet and briny without heavy calone. Would love to try it (and others) on my skin though. Particularly chameleon, I love tropical fragrances.
