I always hear about people being toxic about "hating strong female characters" yet never seem to actually find them in person or online. I mean, I've known plenty of people who aren't fans of certain lead females in modern media but these are usually the same fans who have had Mara Jade, Princess Leia, Catwoman, and Storm merch in their possession for like 20+ years. Regarding the Masters of the Universe thing, being a huge Kevin Smith fan I haven't seen a single person being sexist regarding that whole issue, its more a matter of him lying about the premise of the show, sidelining Adam, etc. Just wanted to clear things up a bit!
I love the gender-fluidity with J'onn. Love the representation. Their also an alien, so it makes perfect sense they may not conform to human ideals of gender.
The JL being pulled out of a dangerous situation and into the resistance lair is a little reminiscent of what happened to them in Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths, except that there they unknowingly put themselves *in* danger by teleporting to the lair. Also, that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. reference did not go unnoticed or unappreciated!

yeah I thought of batman as a potential maker of the kryptonite gun too, but I also have these thoughts..First well ..its a gun. But even if dcau batman would make a gun to stop superman, perhaps after the events that ended his carrier he wouldnt keep one for use. Or even if he kept it, perhaps he wouldnt give it to young Terry? Especially considering besides everything else, the amount of restrictions he aplies to Terry(and even if I havent rewatched batman beyond since back then, I recall quite a few restrictions).
It is canon in the DC Comics universe that only the Kryptonite from a Kryptonian's native universe will effect them. Although they dismiss this wherever they need to

I don't think it makes sense that the Savage Time timeline is the same as the DCAU Overman. As J'onn said, they erased that timeline. it's an alternate timeline of the main DC Earth, not a separate, independent timeline.
