I enjoyed seeing how BTAC wrapped up (and loved the shot of the Bat Family at the end), but to me "Window Shopping" was the standout BTAC story. The artwork is fantastic, and the story itself nicely captures the spirit of the season. Having Mr. Freeze, who's typically cold and calculating, reveal that part about his childhood made me look at him differently (the humanity that's still there, though it is buried deep inside), and the part with the gifts at the end nicely captured the spirit of the holiday season.
BTAC isn't canon but I would really like Jason Todd ,I would've liked if BTAC continued the Batman adventures comic series my idea is Jason was a street teenager and after losing his mother he hunts down criminals taking the name of the red hood after Andrea Bonmounts mother one day he meets up with Batman and Tim drake with Bruce telling Tim that he and Jason met in past with him in the past he almost made him robin but he saw he was unstable
"Amazo L", the L standing both for Lex and "Take the L" since Lex's plan with it was foiled and it got destroyed. Or Amazo-Lamda if you wanna get more technobabble with it.
I know I’m over two years late to the party but I have now watched all of the Batman The Adventure Continues videos and they were great! All the trivia tidbits and James stressing over the timeline was fun to watch. Thank you for all the effort you put into these and all your videos!
For the Mr.freeze thing at the end, maybe he is given a less bulky non-super strength body to be in prison with. it would probably help rehabilitation if he can’t be made fun of for being a head on a spider. Is it totally convoluted? Probably but it’s comics if you are going to explain something you got to go overboard with it.
Given his history as a very sympathetic villain, it wouldn't be _too_ strange if he was given a suit to help rehabilitate him. You're not gonna do much help if you leave him sitting on a pedestal in a jar all day.

"Fridging," is something called a "plot point," which existed as a concept thousands of years before Kyle Rayner. A villain taking away something the hero loves to get to them is a completely normal plot point. It's called giving the hero motivation. Storytelling. Any family member or loved one of a hero being kidnapped or killed is equal. It's not worse if it's a woman and it's not sexism. Edit: It's worse if it's a kid. Had to add that. But what age makes someone's murder not as bad? It's kind of fucked up rating the severity of murder by age, but I understand why it's worse when a child dies.
I would give Batman a single miniature Christmas tree to put on the corner of the Batcomputer. He would thank me, then brush it off, getting back to work…but I would then catch him looking at it. He would be flooded with memories of himself with his parents in happier holiday times. And I would catch him smiling for the briefest of moments. That way, we would BOTH get a Christmas gift.

It's another one of those weird instances where Marvel and DC had the same idea at around the same time. Like the whole Winter Solider/Under the Hood thing. Though it's unfortunate for the comic that it dropped after "What If...?" since Infinity Ultron was all I could think about in this issue, especially since both took their universe's equivalent Galactic Tyrant's Super Duper Powery Thing after killing them and then glass shattered into the Space between Universes. Glad you saw it too. Also for the Amazo database name thing, I like "Amazthor" it feel like the kind of Grandiose name Lex would call himself while wailing on Superman.
I'm really sorry that the JLI videos haven't been doing as well, viewer-wise. I've actually been enjoying those the most and skipping the BTAC coverage because I wasn't a fan of how the brought in Jason. I hope y'alls new year is good and you get a lot more views. Keep up the great work! 👍🏿

Batman goes to the docks. Sees some criminals getting tied up by Batgirl. Batman goes into the slums. Robin is already chasing the purse snatcher. Batmn goes home to find Superman. Superman is busy sending the Batfamily onto missions, so Batman can have the night off. You give Batman the feeling of accomplishment of creating a family and being able to spend a moment with his best friend.
If I could give something to Batman, it would be a Thank You Letter attached to a dozen roses for crime alley. In it, I'd add " Thank you and your family for keeping the city safe. I know it's never easy risking your life every night, but we at Gotham are proud to know we have Guardian Angels watching over us!"

I have really liked the new JLU series, while the BTAC series has kind of been a let down for me personally. But I’m just happy to have anything DCAU honestly, and Jordan the new artist has been absolutely amazing, probably the best DCAU style artist since the 90s comics. This is just a theory but The comic states that the paralyzed Batman had his back broken by the Joker. I have no evidence for this but imagine if it was something similar to the killing joke. Maybe Barbara was about to get shot but Batman literally took a bullet for her resulting in the loss of his legs. NoW I again have no evidence for that but I think that would be an interesting way to adapt it. I do have to question though if Batman suffered an injury like that wouldn’t he just build some sort of armor to allow them to fight crime as usual? Maybe something kind of like the EXO suit we see in Batman Beyond or the one from Kingdom Come? It seems like something like that even with its heart issues would be a lot more effective than the whirly bat. However that’s just my opinion and I don’t mind that they didn’t go that route.

Hey I’m sorry I have just one question . Why the super vilains of Batman adventures not here on Justice League Animated Series ? Excepted Harley Quinn & Joker 2 episode
“Justice League” featured a handful of Bat-villains including Joker, Harley, and Clayface, as well as cameos in the Justice Lords universe by Poison Ivy, Two-Face, Riddler, and Ventriloquist. Presumably Superman or original JL foes were deemed more powerful, to take on the League, rather than more “street level” villains for Batman. Once we got to “Justice League Unlimited,” we also got appearances by Hugo Strange, the Jokerz from “Batman Beyond,” and the Clock King, but an embargo was put on the show barring most Batman characters from appearing, due to the existence of the “The Batman” cartoon and the Christopher Nolan Batman movie trilogy; WB/DC believed general audiences would be confused with multiple versions of the characters running around. That’s why, for instance, we got a silhouette cameo of Nightwing in JLU’s “Grudge Match” episode, rather than a full appearance. Hope that helps!

@@toonman5099 Ah! That IS to do with the "Batman Beyond" show. BTAC exists in a timeline where the WB Animation folks kept doing more TNBA episodes instead of canceling the show to do BB, essentially.

Why the super vilains of Batman adventures not here on Justice League Animated Series ? Excepted Harley Quinn & Joker 2 episode
“Justice League” featured a handful of Bat-villains including Joker, Harley, and Clayface, as well as cameos in the Justice Lords universe by Poison Ivy, Two-Face, Riddler, and Ventriloquist. Presumably Superman or original JL foes were deemed more powerful, to take on the League, rather than more “street level” villains for Batman. Once we got to “Justice League Unlimited,” we also got appearances by Hugo Strange, the Jokerz from “Batman Beyond,” and the Clock King, but an embargo was put on the show barring most Batman characters from appearing, due to the existence of the “The Batman” cartoon and the Christopher Nolan Batman movie trilogy; WB/DC believed general audiences would be confused with multiple versions of the characters running around. That’s why, for instance, we got a silhouette cameo of Nightwing in JLU’s “Grudge Match” episode, rather than a full appearance. Hope that helps!
