  • I'm on a journey to do a ironman 70.3 from zero fitness with less than 6 months to prepare myself. With the goal to raise awareness of the importance of training for our mental health.
    In this episode I share some update on my running and triathlon training but mainly it's time for another swimming episode. I give the 20 x 100 meter test another try. The purpose of the test is to see how I'm standing against the swim distance on the ironman 70.3 race.
