You can have everything on the same day but it can be stressful so people choose to do it in 3 days
Day 1 for traditional, day 2 for church and day 3 for thanks giving..this is especially for the Christian religion

Nothing sinister. Im assuming because she had to partake she wasn't able to film the entire wedding. That and you can't just go ahead and film people in such a setting without their consent/permission. A lot of Ghanaians don't like being filmed and especially without their permission.
