With the debug stick you can change attributes of blocks. An example could be the way a staircase can be facing. Basically any block that can have a different form or different state can be modified with the stick. Hopefully this helps 😀. Have a great day!

do you type the command in the chat screen slash commands because mine looks different to yours and it doesn't work what am I doing wrong I am typing a letter for letter and dots and slashes but comes up with an unknown error ah I am using PC but I do have java which I find slow and clunky why would you use that old thing is there a command for the PC based version?
