- This is the secret to make the best pancit miki bihon guisado...
INGREDIENTS
-2pcs carrots chopped
-2pcs chopped onions
-4cloves chopped garlic
-1pc chicken breast chopped into small pieces
-1/2tsp salt
-ground black pepper
-3Tbsp soy sauce
-6-8Tbsp oyster sauce
-1pc bihon noodles (about 125g)
-500g miki noodles
-1/4 of a whole cabbage chopped

Hi kuya fern i love your cooking skills however pls limit your oil/fat since a tsp of it has a 45 cals almost equivalent half ng rice po..hehe..

kung halos pareho lang po ung nasa pack, pwede po yan.. hugasan nyo lang po ng running water saglit.. tapos unahin nyo pa din po ung bihon tulad sa video bago ilagay ung miki.. 😉😊

opo pwede po canton para pancit bihon-canton.. di na po ako naglagay.. kc medyo matapang n po ung timpla ko ng soy sauce at oyster sauce.. 😉😊 tsaka dun po ako kumuha ng lasa magandang pagka-gisa s meat at pan fry ng carrots.. 😉😊
NOTE!!! please remember n medyo may alat n po ang canton noodles kaya medyo bawasan nyo po ung binigay kong timplada ng salt, soy sauce at oyster sauce.. tapos pg boiling n ng meat, tsaka n kau mg adjust to finalize the taste according to your preference.. 😉😊 please like and share n dn po.. 😊

hello po.. kadalasan di po talaga ako nagsusukat ng tubig.. pero try nyo po muna 5Cups.. then haluin.. let it come to a boil... then tikman nyo po ung sabaw.. kung masarap na po sa inyo, okay na po un.. kung maalat, dagdag lang po ng another 1/2cup hanggang maging okay na.. then do the rest of the video na po.. 😉😊 kayang kaya nyo po yan.. hope you enjoy po.. maraming salamat po.. 😉😊
Kuya ilang cups po ng tubig ilalagay? Jn kase ko pumapalpak sa pag add ng liquid, ngiging malata po ung pancit

sinabi nga ni kuya dun na mas madaling dagdagan kesa bawasan na yung broth kaya habang di mo pa nilagay yung pancit...babawasan mo yung broth

Un po talaga sana dapat ang gusto ko.. pero sa klase at pwesto po ng lugar na pinaglulutuan ko, di po uubra.. marami pong "unwanted" sounds na na-dedetect ung recorder ko.. Thanks for understanding po :)

Puede ba matanong if alam mo ano mgainilalagay ng mga chinese panciteria na meat o bolabola. Yung ganun kasi gusto kong mga sahog.

nope.. it's not over cooked.. it only "seems" over cooked coz of the miki noodles but it's not.. and it's not salty.. it's only seems salty coz of the color coz of the oyster sauce. :)
