The lyrics are totally different. Claude François et Jacques Revaux wrote the original song which is a love story of Claude François and France Gall after their split up.
Paul Ankas made the English version for Frank sinatra which is about a man who reach an old age. Only the music is the same. Comme D'habitude means as usual. My way means mon chemin.
