Depends the context. Some games has glitches they are aware of just takes Forever to fix

I swear when a new game comes out there’s always several glitches
I would seriously be surprised if there was a game without several glitches. Even some of the smallest and most simple games(code-wise) have several glitches. Glitchs are just a part of computer programs no matter how good the computer nerds are.
Even if you test the game internally or with 3000 people for a full month, as soon as the game is played by 200,000 people, that amount of testing time is reached in just half a day.
It is mathematically impossible to release a perfect game if you want to release it on time. The more people play a game for extended periods of time, the more bugs are being discovered.
Or sometimes the game would just randomly kicks you off the game sending you back to dashboard lol
I played UNCHARTED 4 very late, years after being released (2019 Maybe) and it was a perfect game, I don’t know if it had any glitches in the period that it dropped.
They ready to patch level or rank glitches but not fix poor connections or modded leaderboards 😂
Or fix menu errors 😂

I've especially noticed glitches in some tag team title match storylines in WWE 2K games lol, stuff like making me continuously beat all the other non-champion teams & if/when i do fight the tag champs they would be extremely overpowered with unlimited finishers & reversals somehow 🤦🏻♀️
