Create Mod Trains in Minecraft are Confusing...

- I tried learning how the Create mod trains work, it took a couple hours. Here is the short version of everything I made :) Don't forget to subscribe!
(ps. this was a lot of trial and error so I kept removing what I built over and over, causing it to take an insane amount of time haha)

A cool thing is that without any datapack/texture pack the animals driving the train will wear a little train conductor hat

Shalz, this train system is very similar to Factorio train system so I recomend checking factorio tutorials.
PS. I recomend building roundabouts.

Now that I think about it, Create is definitely just a mod to turn Minecraft into Factorio, but since it's in 3 dimensions, it'll be even more interesting.
Now I just want an SMP with Create, and a freakin' Train line that evolve when people build their bases and stations. I want trains EVERYWHERE. Need to change floor in your house ? Train. Need to go to the nether ? Train. Need to cut weed ? TRAIN.

Ok so you make a reeeeeally long rail and a massive train with several cars
And you basically set up an adventure map where you're s cowboy trying to take back the runaway train or something, and you board it from the caboose or something and make your way to the engine

Considering that they released this update in 1.18, I will DEFINITELY make railroads going through giant mountains and caves. I can't imagine the JOY of contemplating the damn trains traversing Aquifers, Lush and Dripstone Caves, or crossing high railroad bridges and tunnels in Jagged, Stony and Snowy peaks.
When 2 of my favourite games combine Minecraft+Factorio, my day just couldn't get any better. All Hail The Create Mod

The signals are similar to factorio's train signals, which makes then so good, you can do some really complex thing with them.
I feel like the create mod should be permanently in Minecraft.. LOL!!

Your last video was recommended to me at random and I'm already subscribed. This video could easily have been 20 minutes long with the effort put in but your snappy (and funny) editing made this a much more enjoyable and digestible video!
Junction entry signals should be chain signals - signals clicked with a wrench. This ensures that no train will stop in the middle of a junction.
The train system seems to be fairly similar to the train system in satisfactory
And Factorio
no path signals in create but there is a good alternative
The trains works pretty similarly to the trains in factorio

My years of factorio have prepared me for this moment. Need a track for each direction and to ensure there is no possible lock up situations.
Finally my hundreds of hours trying to understand Factorio trains are gonna be useful outside of Factorio
Video idea: can you use the amusement park + the train to make an actual Disneyland, and then invite your friends to it?
With how confusing it is you should upload the building footage as well, I think that'd help a lot of us out.

Once I get a good PC I'm reinstalling this mod because it's exactly what I need. My biggest issue with playing minecraft is the lack of viable transport options. Sure I can get a minecart but unless I'm Mumbo Jumbo or someone I can't automate it, so it's still fairy rudimentary. This is perfect. I can finally have a viable way of travelling between my base and a village several chunks away

The way they implemented trains really reminds me of how factorio implemented trains as well, looks amazing to fiddle around with!
As a factorio player, this kills me. But also as a factorio player, those trains are fucking perfect my goodness.
Idea: maybe put some fences(iron bars) becuze then ppl/animals can get hit or humans can get hit plus going over a train track is TRASSPASING idk how it is?

I know this isn't the video to say this, but as the only person who plays Minecraft with a trackpad, I wish I didn't need to scroll to speed up, but other than that, this update looks perfect
In factorio, rather than dealing with multple trains sharing the same tracks, they just make parallel double or triple tracks so they are one way tracks... LOL.
The cost is that it requires a whole lot of land.
With this mod in Minecraft, you don't have to make the tracks on one layer of land only, you can use elevation.
Lost it when the dog started driving the train.

The thing that stands out in this vid isn't bc of the progress but it is the whole fact that the background music is the the same as Progamerdude's.
