I finally got around to "playing" this game (2/5/22). I mostly bought it to get a quick 1000 and add another completed game to my collection. I don't have Xbox Live, so I will take any game that has no online achievements.
I found this in a Pawn Shop for £4 with no manual, went home and got the 1000g, walked to Computer Exchange who gave me £12 cash...£8 profit and 1000g...those were the days
In case anyone finds this, as of 4/28/2021, this game is $5.99 on the Xbox store Physical copies can run anywhere from $12 to $20 bucks, trust me it's not worth that
this is cool and all but the real take away is the irrifutable fact that "Avatar the Last Airbender: The Burning Earth" is objectively the funniest sounding thing to say in an australian accent
Thankfully out of 7 gamestop's near me. Only one store had a copy and it was only 5 bucks. I had to dig out my 360 from storage since the game isnt backwards compatible with the xbox1
I traded mine back in after getting the gamerscore, never actually played the whole game, now my kid loves Avatar and dont know if she missed out, although she is too young to play it yet
@@TheObsessedCompletionist yeah I did mess up by grabbing that token at the beginning of game and the earth kingdom soldiers stopped responding and got to point I passed the level. And played the game for about an hr. And I was like wait . I know I've read that people have completed it within way less. That's how I came across this video and thanks btw. Yeah idk what I'm gonna do with my copy. Theres a game on the xbox1 where you can gain another 1k without even playing the entire game called a winter's daydream. That game proly took like 3 minutes.
@@orlandoramirez1617 and don't worry man wasn't hinting at anything, we live in different countries, it likely wouldn't be compatable for my Xbox. But if you played it for an hour, do think it's worth tracking down a copy again?
@@TheObsessedCompletionist not the best game seemed more enemies attacked you at the very beginning of game to get the achievements. I really tried during that hr of gameplay but at most got up to the 30 hit combo...but no more than 4 soldiers come out each time so by the time you go to a different location it resets. But the storyline was ok. Hopefully in the future theres a new avatar game since netflix is coming out with a series.
I bought it, downloaded it. Got the 1000g achievements in less than 3 minutes. Then proceeded to immedietly uninstall the piece of shit off my Xbox saving 5GB of drive.
I have and beat the game on ps2, its the exact same as the xbox 360 version except the graphics. The game is an adaption of book 2 earth, from the avatar state to the drill but with the events of the game jumbled to account for story points that were cut out from the episodes like fighting mais dad on the statue scaffolds instead of azula and going to the great libery to look for scamatics for the drill while getting the eclipse date. The game is kinda messy in plot due to the game realy wanting the drill to be at the end, long feng is arrested and the dai lo disbanded dispite that not happening at all in the series and it ends on a happy note that the gaang faught off the fire nation and the earth king giving them full support, which is very different from the show. Oh and aang doesnt get electicuted by azula when he goes into the avatar state at the end

As i said the game is realy messy with plot as it trys to reorder book 2 to be self contained and to have the drill at the end. So id realy suggest playing it for a weird take on book 2 :)

It must be worth that, because right in front of me with no sale or discount the game on the Xbox store is $20.
As of today 11-15-21, this game is backwards compatible on Xbox One and Series X

Wow that is seriously different than the TV show, my daughter loves Avatar, so I have seen it on repeat an unknowable amount of times now!
