I just used to go there and play what they wanted to hear . But nobody knew that I was from San Antonio Texas . But I didn't care , as I did a great job . And the KEY PART WAS playing the right music . Thats what I do for my following . Thanks Carlos Cantu AKA DJ Omniii from San Antonio Texas .
By the way I had nothing but Complams about my programming every night I was playing there . And that was the first time I played there . These there were the best time of my career .
Soy fanático del pop de los 80 y 90 mi banda favorita son los Pet Shop Boys pero desde que salio Future Nostalgia y descubrí a Dua es imposible no querer a esta cantante, EMPATICA, BELLA, GRAN CANTANTE y sobre todo el talento heredado de esas bandas que ya no brillan pero están y Dua lo sabe, esto es un homenaje al POP , Genia tengo tu disco al lado de Actually y Behavior de mis ídolos
Nada que ver no se compara con los artistas de los 80 y 90 ella solo tiene a 3 coautores atrás profesionales obviamente que la ayudan a copiar los sonidos de esas décadas con sus letras. Obviamente que su belleza y juventud va como un caño más el marketing que le ponen. Es un producto más. No una artista como los que mencionastes

Y absolutamente todos son un producto ideado y preconcebido...desde Police a Supertramp pasando por Guns and Roses o Toto. Pero a día de hoy, que la música que impera es el reguetón, se agradece artistas como Dua Lipa, Harry Styles, Caroline Polacheck, Madison Beer, Rina Sawayama, Omar Apollo, Tove-Lo, Sigrid, etc, etc,etc... den un soplo de aire fresco a la música actual.

@@alejandralejandra844 Es verdad, hay todo un andamiaje productivo tras Dua, pero mira que en los 80 y 90 nos vendían grupos que ni siquiera ellos cantaban, Black Box, Mili Vanili , Real Mc Coy y varios mas son el ejemplo y que nos gustaba? su música, eso rescato de Dua pararse frente a un publico de promedio de 20 años y cantar lo que nosotros o al menos yo escuchaba hace 35 años atrás, saludos
