Over the last few years I have put myself on a different path, and today I’m starting to see just how different I’ve become
My husband says I need Tony in my life. I’ve been struggling my whole life with anxiety and NOT a living my life because of fear. My kids are getting older my youngest is 11 now and I sadly can’t ever remember a time I enjoyed a day with out worrying it’s so sad . All the doctors do is meds meds meds and obviously they are not working im lost on what to do. Tony I’d love some guidance. Please please please.
Instead of always focusing on the worst possible outcome ask yourself what’s the best possible outcome in a situation and put your focus there. Good luck xx

Tony talks about 'breaking them out of the cycle'. I didn't go through that training, so I just started clapping my hands in front of my face to break myself out of the intrusive thoughts.
It's working.
My challenge is to recognize the cycle earlier and earlier.
Have a plan to replace the intrusive thoughts. It has to be something your brain will believe.
Practise technique which you hear. Over time youll notice it. There is so much info on the internet but you have to practice it

The noises and birds in the background are really, really distracting. Very hard to focus on what Tony is saying

No it's just awful. The person who made this video should show respect for the speaker. adding birds, cars, loud sounds over his voice is just disrespectful and horrible. This video could have easily been a 5 star rating it's more like a 2 star now. with that added garbage @@leipsyart6649

But what is there to be hopeful about in this fucking world. I’m so sick of myself. Tony is helping but I can’t imagine what a functioning life for me would look like. It’s alien to me. I can’t even comprehend what a good life would look like. How do I know what I want? Everyone wants to get money and jobs I just want to make sure my blood sugar is safe enough so I can sleep. Every night is either terrifying or painful. Sleep is a fantasy as far as I am aware. What’s the fucking point

He hasn’t said anything because he doesn’t know anything! Tony Robbins only finished high school, he’s a professional bullshitter with a big over self confident ego! He’s a Flim-Flam man who could sell shit to a dairy farmer! Anything he says about human behavior or human emotion is only opinion, never science based because he never studied psychology or sociology! He’s a silver tongued clergy man without a church but he does pull in the weak minded, the desperate, the self doubters, the vulnerable!!!

Tony Robbins highest level of education is a High School diploma from Glendora High School! Notice In his lectures Tony never discloses his educational background, why would he? everyone in the audience would walk out!! Tony never cites in his observation of human behavior any scientific study or research because he never studied psychology, psychiatry, or sociology! Tony is all opinion and as the saying goes “opinions are like assholes! Everybody has one”. Tony preys on the weak, the low self esteemed, the insecure, and the vulnerable who look to others to rescue them much like the sycophants in a televangelist church seeking savior via the self anointed minister! I’ll give old silver tongued Tony credit, he could sell shit to a dairy farmer!!! His team of sycophants will read CZcams comments and delete anything about Tony that doesn’t serve his image in a positive light!
