  • @literal_trash_dwells_here2003

What makes someone transgender is having gender dysphoria(which is a discomfort/distress with their assigned sex) due to their brain not aligning with their genitals.
Gender dysphoria is hard to describe, but you are very VERY uncomfortable with the parts of your body and of yourself that are associated with the sex you were assigned at birth, rather than the gender you identify as. It makes daily tasks harder to do due to being constantly, immensely uncomfortable within yourself. Being called and seen as the sex you were assigned at birth is uncontrollably upsetting and distressing. And once you begin to present and pass as the gender you identify as, rather than the sex you were assigned at birth, you begin to feel euphoric and immensely happy and confident.
Science has proven that there are male and female brains and that they are structured differently.
A fetus’ brain and genitalia develop at different times. The brain begins to develop at 4 weeks while the genitalia develop at 6-7 weeks. If there is too much or too little of a hormone(estrogen or testosterone) or if the fetus’ doesn’t respond/absorb a hormone as it should, then it’s brain can begin to develop as one gender while their genitalia will later develop differently.
An example would be a fetus in the womb being exposed to too much testosterone due to an outside source or the mothers body naturally producing too much testosterone at 4 weeks old(when the brain is developing), so it’s brain begins to develop as male. But later on around 6-7 weeks, for some reason the level of testosterone in the mothers body drops or more estrogen is exposed to the fetus, so it’s genitalia and body begins developing as female. That would leave you with a fetus who has a male brain and female body.
Once that fetus is fully developed and born and grows up, that misalignment between the kid’s mind and body will cause gender dysphoria.
Since you can’t neurologically change someone’s brain, the only cure/management for the gender dysphoria is to undergo transitioning into the gender you identify as.
That is what being transgender is from a medical standpoint, but this is my own story.
When I was little, it just felt natural to be with the boys and hang out with them. I wanted their acceptance as one of them, and often had it. They considered me like one of the guys, just as I considered myself one of them. I have lots of memories as a kid and signs that pointed to being trans and seeing/knowing myself to be a guy. In any sort of game I’d always pick the alpha male role and was happiest being the role of male. I was always called a tomboy. My aunt always thought it was pretty weird I was always wanting to be a boy in games. I remember my younger cousins even asking me- when we were all still super little why I always wanted to me a male. My answer was somewhere along the lines of, “I don’t know, I just like it.” When middle school rolled around and males and females became more separate and the guys were less open to being around me because of my biological sex, I felt alienated. I tried the whole “trying to be female” thing. Didn’t feel right. I started trying to hide my chest and make it flatter and would look up videos on how to lower my voice(I still didn’t know I was trans at this point somehow). Didn’t realize I was trans till half a year later. The moment I cut my hair and started presenting as male and started having people call me by male pronouns, it was like everything suddenly made so much more sense. Like all the planets suddenly aligned or something crazy. I felt WAY more comfortable and confident within myself and felt more myself than I ever had before. It just made so much sense to me. Explained so many things. Felt so right. That’s my experience. I don’t now if there’s ever a “how do you know?” It’s just that you know(besides gender dysphoria obviously telling you, but yeah).
I have been living as a male for over 3 years now and haven’t felt more happy and comfortable with myself.

I agree with him, trans men should talk more about their journey. I am slowly but surely exploring my curiosity in being androsexual. Ive been a straight female for a good while, but then I met a none binary person and dated them. It was very fascinating and interesting getting to know that type of life experience. Then once we parted I saw my options grow bigger, I am curious to know more about trans men and their experiences. And also none binary peoples experiences as well. This world is so big and has many different types and kinds of people, why not try to understand it a little more and become that much more informed? Thank you for making this video!

He was born as a woman but his heart was a man since the beginning. So just accept it in a logic way... GAY MAN WAS EXIST FOR THE OTHER MAN THAT LOOK WITH THE SAME GLARE TO A WOMAN... but for him, he just want to be what he wanted to cuz of that! he want to be saw as the same fellow human, so thats it!

I have seen too much of people who go hysterical expecting that one has to know and accept everything they tell about gender things. It shaped a wrong opinion about trans culture in me, so seeing a socially adapted transperson is really refreshing. Hopefully, my bigotry would heal in time thanks to the guys like that.

AFAIK most transgender men do not have any surgery in the genital area. Even though there is a surgery available, many people think it is not enough. You can look it up on CZcams, they take skin from your thigh or arm and turn it into a penis. For many, that's not satisfying so most trans men don't do it. I assume it's very costly as well. However, the testosterone makes the clitoris grow and it ends up looking like a small dick.

Alright man so I’m not trans, I ain’t even a guy, but here are some tips and pieces of information for passing(being able to present as male to society) and transitioning.
This is obvious but shop for clothes from the men’s section and get a sharper, shorter, and overall more masculine haircut. If you can’t cut your hair, then beanies, hoods, and bobbie pins are your best friend. I suggest looking at videos on how to hide your long hair and style it. Walk with a wider stance (feet further apart). Try to lower the tone of your voice, there are many videos on CZcams that explain what I mean and can help. There’s also this thing called an STP(stand to pee). It basically makes it so you can use a urinal if that’s what feels most comfortable. Bind!!! Binding helps flatten down your chest and decrease the appearance of boobs, but please please please be safe with it. I don’t know if these are available where you live, but I suggest ordering a gc2b binder. They’re much safer and are good quality. Also don’t wear a binder for more than 8 hours at a time and try to avoid lots of physical activity. Packing can also be pretty useful. You can buy a packer that you put inside your boxers to give the appearance of a bulge. There are many many options, but if you can’t get one, then socks work just find. There are videos of how to fold them to give you the best results which I suggest you research.
Alright now to all the medical stuff. Try to talk to your doctor about it and see what they can do to help you possibly get on testosterone. Starting T will deepen your voice, redistribute your fat, make your hairline recede some, give you a little bit of acne, etc. you basically go through a second puberty. Now for surgeries. The most important this is to DO YOUR RESEARCH. Find a good and trustworthy surgeon who knows what they’re doing and who you can talk to. Top surgery(to get rid of your boobs) tends to cost about $3500 - $9000USD. Bottom surgery(to help change genitalia) can cost over $50000USD. They’re both quite a lot and the prices can certainly seem intimidating, but please don’t go to a doctor that says they can do it for really cheap. This is the type of thing where you need a good professional. Also, both of these surgeries tend to take a while to recover from and it’s HIGHLY recommended that you have someone to help care for you when you’re in recovery.
I have a lot more, but this is about as much that I can get out for the time being. I hope you manage to get what you need to feel comfortable in your own skin. Remember there are people who support you bro

Changing what is being said, is weird unless he actually made mistakes. I want to remind you though that there are people who do not speak english well enough to understand someone with an accent they are not used to hearing. If you learn standard british or standard american english on a mediocre level you may not catch everything a person says and subtitles help with that.

Of course I'm for accessibility - that's why hard-coded six are terrible. There are many people, like me, who find it impossible to do anything but read large words flashing in front of them. However, none of us are going to agree on anyone thing, let alone one thing. We have to deal with people who may not accept us for whatever reasons,or another. We don't have to worry about what others think of us because God will judge us all individually. We should be more concerned about what God thinks!

Hi, my name is John Wumsh The person who talked to you probably had a misunderstanding and thought you were trying to offend the community. I apologize, I get that you are just trying to understand and I appreciate you taking your time to. Being transgender actually does not create another gender (though this may be hard to believe at first, just keep at open mind. Also, I am in no way a professional in this area so I may get some things wrong.) transgender individuals can be male or female and strictly that. It doesn’t create a third gender but some people think there are other genders, I do not know where I stand on the topic. Women and men’s brains are different. Though this is a controversial subject, science has proved so. Transgender people are born with brains that are much more like the gender that is opposite to their body’s anatomical gender. Y’know how when somebody calls you a man or called you a boy when you were little, you automatically subconsciously knew that they were correct? Well let’s take somebody who is transgender who was born anatomically female for example. When somebody called them a girl, they automatically subconsciously knew that that was incorrect. It’s a bit of a complicated subject to explain and if you really wanted to look into the topic, I suggest you research using credited sources. There’s a lot of “fake news” or misunderstandings about transgender individuals out there. Some people think that gender is a social construct. I personally believe that you need a mental disorder called gender dysphoria to be transgender because I believe that is what science has proven. I am most certainly not an expert, I am just trying to help and not to offend. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and I will answer to the best of my ability!! Thank you
