well, thankfully you can literally see what he hits as you can read the measure, so it should be pretty straightforward for what lines are what. Usually X are cymbals, but not sure as I haven't read drum transcription in like 5+ years
same dude, always just emulated what i've heard. Reading sheet must speed things up substantially haha
I was an awful drummer in high school and I still can't read music or even really count out time signatures, but here I am attempting to nod with beat. Joe is such a monster, I love it.

Two things: 1) didn't know Connor McGregor plays drums and 2) didn't know a drumset without mics could sound so good. :) Nice playing though
The drums you hear are not the drums recorded in the video. He is playing it note for note visually but the mix you hear is from the track itself lol.
