I have finally learned these lessons at 51 years old. This young man’s message is the secret to happiness. Relationships with family and friends are the most important. Find a purpose, helping others without the need for acknowledgement is the ultimate reward.
Truly beautiful speech. I always remind my friends (typically who work a lot) that at the end of a persons life they never say they wish they worked more. They always wish they'd spent more time with family and friends because that is what is important.

You are such an insightful and reflective young man! You hit the nail on the head...RELATIONSHPS ARE EHAT MATTERS! My son is not much older than you. He suffers with a mental health condition and he is here today because of our relationship. I always taught my boys that no matter what they could tell me anything, without judgement. I listened to the little things when they were little and when he needed to tell me about the hardest battle in his life he could! He reached out and we got help. It is a huge battle but I walk alongside him...and we will continue the fight together!

Kyle I can't understand how this acquaintance thought you were my son, but now I realize that this person has never seen me in person or my Kyle Martin. I'm so proud of you young man. Your parents have done a wonderful job. I am most happy that you do know who your Heavenly Father is. So young man please receive this in the humorous loving spirit that is intended, WELL DONE SON.

Although I am graduating with a low GPA and trying hard to get a job and more Pandemic hit hard. My one little hope to get an entry level is now impossible to achieve. I worked ye the average gpa doesn’t go up. I might do some minimum wage job because it my priority just to survive. But His speech gives me hope to dream to want more with reflection on myself. Thank you little brother.

I've watched this speech 3 times now. I have never heard a speech about the responsibility we have to ourselves and to the ones around us to build each other up. To not ignore to get ahead becasiw when we're at the top looking down we're alone and all our friends and family that we've neglected are all down there. What an outstanding speech. I hope the past 5 years have blessed you with everything youve strive for. You're a good dude makes a 49 year old man tearfully impressed and confident in the future. Man this video changed my life. I’m very thankful that I saw this video when I’m still in college and still young. Having As and studying hard does not meaning you are going to be successful in life. What make you successful in life in my opinion is if you can change someone else’s life.

It's easy to be distracted by goals from the gift of relationships we are given; to be driven by fear of failure to the ever-moving mark of success from people who care about us and want to share life with us. To have discovered this so young only adds to the time you will get to spend your life, living your real self. The work you are putting in is a contract. As long as you work for the company, you get compensated. When that ability or desire to work ends, so does the compensation, and that relationship. Your life, those you love and influence, the empathy and compassion you can give to and receive from others, that can last a lifetime...and beyond. I got that. Unfortunately, after 24 years of marriage my wife still has not, and has taken a new job in a new industry out of state without a discussion. Our adult kids will see her less, and our marriage is ending. Not the ending I wanted, but I know what is important to me. The more people discover things like this at a young age, the less change they have to make when dependents are involved. “Lesson learned. Self-reflection accomplished.” Well done, sir.
Normaly I don't know how can I impact in my friends life I go to school and I have so amazing things that I do on the church and they don't know what that makes me so happy and what I like, you have the brave that I don't have to share the love of our Creator, this inspire me so much, I do my best from now!
