No matter our differences, we are all human beings deserving of love and respect.
What is really sad is there are still people like this in the workplace. It is very much a generational thing.
You know, listening to them be so condescending to a mother is so infuriating. She's raising a member of society who has potential to change the world for the better after growing up. She's being responsible to her family and then coming to work to help support them. It's so frustrating, because society can benefit from children being cared for, yet they're punishing her for it in a sense. She has an important role and they're treating her like dirt for it.

I can see what kind of stupid behavior those two guys displayed. Saying those two ladies are too old. How disgusting. If they asked the guys what the maximum age limit of that company to work at would be, those maximum age limits would have gone out with the trash. Saying that women and people that are old don't exist really goes beyond stupid!

"Let the big boys take care of this" isn't something you would hear. What a surprise that it was two white men who were cast as villains in this totally contrived piece of fiction. This is propaganda.
100 years ago women had the courage to drive buses trucks served military casted votes but now they have halted to progress. Its not because of these people but their attempt to survive. In a battlefield you cannot expect everyone to be same. So you have your own way.

I've worked in several corporate environments over the last 30 years and I've NEVER seen a man talk to a woman like this. In fact, I've seen women be mean to other women more than once.
What a cossetted life you must lead. Try going on a couple of forums frequented by women and reading them a while, it may help.

This is why i like working for women. I had a woman boss at dispatch and when all the men in the shrf dept wanted to dig up my past and spread rumors and get me fired.. that woman went to BAT for me. No joke. They all were even too scared to say my name after that.
A friend of mine said a new guy asked who i was and the LT overheard and yelled unless u want a visit to internal affairs dont talk about her.

I'm a guy and just about every male boss or manager I've ever had was a piece of garbage (including my own brother!), every woman boss or manager I've ever had was kind and respectful! Women in general just care more and they are taken advantage of because in todays business world that is viewed as weak but in reality it takes a very strong person to openly show that they care.
Love to see a sequel where the ladies discover the posts and discover it was these 2 doing it. Where these 2 get sued for defamation and lose everything, INCLUDING their credibility as marketing people.
