    Those look really good! I've only had falafel once and it was so salty could barely eat it! I would definitely be willing to try to make it myself ☺️ interested in the dill sauce, almost looks tofu based. I use a lot of silken tofu to make low fat dressings and stuff.

      @Victoria these were the best falafel I've ever eaten. Once you soak the chickpeas, the recipe comes together rather quickly. Making them from scratch allows you to control the oil as well. Most times they are deep fried. Let me know how they turn out.😀

    Oh I love falafels! Haven’t made them in a while so I think I’ll give your recipe a try. I’ll skip the cilantro though, I’m one who does not like that stuff! Thank you!

    Yum! Can’t wait to try these! Is there a particular reason for adding the sweet potato after using the food processor? I’m curious why you didn’t add it to the food processor too.

      I didn't want to pulverize it. I wanted to see sweet potato in the finished product.😀

    This looks delicious ! I would’ve like to see one broken in half to see if they come out orange or green inside. I’ll make the. And find out!!
