I have a 1992 Lexus sc400, some came with car phones but mine didn't; think previous owner used aftermarket antenna, looks ugly lol. (but yeah, I don't know anybody else that has one so that first statement is pretty accurate)

No. As far as I know no body uses a car phone anymore. So that antenna is obsolete!
