For dandruff get a shampoo or additional once-a-week hair treatment product that is an AHA exfoliant. I had awful dandruff but a hairdresser gave me that advice it worked amazingly well!

Then theres me... I use dove antidandruff shampoo, and my hair is the healthiest its ever been 😅
