- In this week's episode, we dive back into the series, "What's holding you back from trying R+?" I posed this question to my social media followers several months ago and can't wait to dive into the answers with you! There are many legitimate concerns and doubts when it comes to switching over to using positive reinforcement to train your horses. In this series, I'll offer my suggestions and perspective on how you can overcome your doubts and try a new way of training with your horse!

- The R+ community being divisive and exclusive
- Perceived lack of choice (the horse just being in it for the 'cookie')
- Lack of representation outside of groundwork (not many R+ trainers ride/show)

I hate horseriding because of bits ps did you know I dropped out of the riding lessons Adele shaw because I was required to ride a horse with a bit I wasn't allowed to ride bitless in riding lessons when i was taking riding lessons i told people i was dropping out of riding lessons i was no longer having fun with a horse this is why i dont want to become a horse trainer its too advanced for me im out
I’m glad you stood up for what you felt was right. There are many wonderful programs out there that treat their horses very well and you could work towards becoming a more ethical professional yourself so you can be the change you want to see 👍
@@TheWillingEquine hell no wtf did I say about me not wanting to train horses you're not listening to me I don't want to be a horse trainer I want to be come a dental hygienist and you won't let me do anything I want to do I don't think i like horses anyway I was forced to ride horses when I took riding lessons with bits I'm not going to get horse Im sorry for hurting your feelings I was forced to put a bit in a mouth of a horse this I why I don't like horses you can't force me to do anything I don't want to do against my willingness I'm not smart enough to be a horse trainer I don't like it you do I'm out I want to take my own life

@@TheWillingEquine Rick Gore does not like bits have you watched his videos Adele shaw because against bits whips spurs and loves horses and he cares about them alot and speaks out against horse abuse because they deserve better just we do dont we ?
@@DariaHarruff I have. We have some differences of opinions and approaches to helping horses and people but I respect the overall desired outcome
