Funny, another centennial attributed his life to “a glass of whiskey and a cigar daily.” And a 114 year old woman said “a glass of whiskey a day” and she was still driving.
Purpose is one of the biggest contributing factors to long life. A modest amount of things like alcohol and cigars (not cigarettes) and taking part in the small little luxuries, and being physically active will definitely help.
Have a reason to live, and move around and do things. Drink water, don’t stress, enjoy the little things, live life and have a purpose.
