37:45 A great marketer > a great salesmen because organic reach > conversion rate. Say a great closer/salesmen has a 20% conversion rate and a great marketer only has a 5% conversion rate. The great salesman may get 20 sales from 100 calls, but the marketer has great reach and gets 1000 calls resulting in 50 sales. Its also much easier to optimise for conversion than increasing organic reach.
