A light cake for warm days! Raspberry and cheese cake!

I took advantage of the raspberry season and made this nice, light "Raspberry and cheese cake". Frozen raspberries wouldn't make a pretty cake, so I recommend you try it now while there are fresh ones.

INGREDIENTS:
BISCUIT:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of water
70 g of sugar
80 g of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
RASPBERRY CREAM:
500 ml of milk
1 raspberry pudding
20 g density (starch flour)
3 egg yolks
130 g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
100 ml of whipping cream
CREAM CHEESE:
1 vanilla pudding
350 ml of milk
80 g of sugar
200 g of cream cheese
DECORATION:
200 ml of whipping cream
grated chocolate
