Yes I too wondered that but I think the secret is in the fact that each domino is very much lighter than your average full size wooden domino used in the game. However, that being said, without the patience and precision, it would not have been possible. We didn't come to this world to just invent the wheel and electricity - we also came to waste an awful lot of time amusing ourselves.

YES! Exactly this. The physics at play in the second phase were masterfully addressed. I had a moment or two of doubt but it worked out beautifully.

Not every video needs a soundtrack.
I don't like the soundtrack either. Not on Domino's or Marble Runs.
I remember watching this as a young kid, it's been about 6-7 years, and seeing again the video of the channel I used to watch again and again brings me so much comfort, I know it's a bit weird but this was part of my childhood lmao.
This was so well made, it was mesmerizing, my childhood self wanted to say this but didn't found the words nor knew english at the time, I'm 13 btw.
I wanted to say more due to the significance of this video, but a simpler comments fits more the simple and innocent joy I felt while watching these.

I love how the white ones on top of the walls don't knock over the walls, and don't ever fall off the edges. Especially on those tight inner corners!
That is life in a nutshell. Creation: 25 hours over 8 days. Destruction: less than 2 minutes.

To put it in perspective, pewdiepie, the biggest youtuber with allmost 50 mill subscribers on average gets about half as much views on his vids.
10 million views in a week time, that's just insanity.
I admire the patience of the girl who set these dominos up. I equate it to fixing Thanksgiving dinner, hours of cooking and prepping, and then it’s eaten in 25 minutes.
I remember when I was a kid and did the dishes for the first time, did like almost all dishes. When my dad grabbed a plate to get something to eat, I felt happy and proud, but almost some kind of silent rage building inside, for a split second.
Like, I busted my back cleaning it all up and he's gonna go dirty it now. LOL.
I am amusing that people who do these domino setups have the same temperament about their work as people who build sand art. It is all so temporary and takes days... God bless these people because we need this art.

Lily, remember when you made that giant domino structure, (The one where you pranked yourself lol) That only took 13,000 dominos but it took 52 days to create. But this one, it has 15,000 dominos, but it only took 25 hours to build. WHY IS THAT?! I LOOOVE your videos! You inspired me to create with dominos and now I make little shows for my family with dominos! Bye!
