This awning bracket is really well thought out. Last weekend Inwas a lucky winner in a Toys for Tots raffle and my prize is a big discount at Dog House Tents and Awnings. My 5th gen 4Runner has the stock roof rack and since i want to get an awning and keep the original rack you bracket is juts what i need!
that's great! glad you found us.. Some 5th gen racks are lower then the other Land Cruiser/GX470 racks so these bracket arms might touch your roof. The solution is to instead use our multi brackets & OEM rail kit. Other solution is to run both of the rack arms over the top, rather than one above and one below.
hi there no, GX460 has flat rails that are useless in this application. I'd suggest removing them, then replace with roof channel towers and cross bars- that allows you to add an awning and more, plus gets you closer to adding a full rack in the future

Would this work on OEM roof rails for 2018 Nissan Armada ?
doubtful. From the image searches it doesn't appear your rails have the inner channel required for the hardware.

doubtful. These bolt to the rail that runs lengthwise, similar to a 4th gen 4Runner, I don't think your 3rd gen has that.
