To know more about Al Shaqab Famous Show Horses
Marwan Al Shaqab has been a jewel in the crown of Al Shaqab since his first show in Doha, when he confidently entered the arena and emerged victorious. Soon thereafter he left his homeland to conquer the world, and continues to be an ideal representation of Al Shaqab and the Arabian horses of Qatar. Although only a comparatively young stallion, the sons and daughters of Marwan have already established him as the most influential stallion of his generation.
The extreme beauty, elegance and quality of Marwan Al Shaqab are no accident. A careful study of his pedigree reveals generation after generation of excellence. Sired by World Champion Gazal Al Shaqab, his dam, Little Liza Fame, was a champion at the national level in the United States before her selection as a broodmare for the Al Shaqab program. Many renowned stallions, such as Fame VF, Bey Shah, Raffon, Ruminaja Ali, Aza Destiny, *Naborr, *Ansata Ibn Halima and Gamaar are represented in his pedigree, and are carefully balanced by the strength and quality of his dam lines, a necessary qualification for every great sire.

This video is quite nice. And of course Marwan Al Shaqab is more than that, he is exquisite. Go Marwan! My dad owns one of his sons, ZamZama. A wonderful picture of his father. Marwan, you beauty and refinement shines through you easily. Good job at Scottsdale last year.

shaz raff This was an old comment from before I was taught anything or did my own research about halter Arabs. Don't listen to the Guardian or the daily mail about these horses, they're absolutely amazing.

@@_donttouchme_ Oh my gosh.... thank you so much for being polite about that. I commented way back when I first saw El Rey Magnum go viral and, much to my regret, hopped on that train. It's been about a year and a half since another polite commenter helped me get away from the daily mail and its lies😅. Thank you though!
Ugh.... to say that about Marwan though.... I'm definitely editing that comment.

Absolutely beautiful but worthless horse. A horse who can't be ridden has lost it's essential function and has become a pathetic shadow of it's ancestors. The ancient Bedouins would be spinning in their graves to see how the breed has been bastardized to this extent.

@@yoosseef Thank You! He was the prettiest one too! I picked him as the one that looked MOST Arabian & looked the most like Marwan in the 1st part of the video- so i kinda guessed that was his brother. :) (and then I hoped he would win) YES! That proves that they can be BOTH beautiful AND Athletic! :) My brother years ago worked for a warmblood lady who didn't think much of Arabian horses. Been working on proving her wrong to my brother ever since even though I'll probably never own a horse myself. :)

I was hoping for some narration about the stallion. World Champion at what? Halter? Performance? This video tells me nothing about this stallion. And watching the water fountain, ducks, and coreopsis someone picked and threw in the water is just a waste of my time.
