During this midlife crisis finding ways to feel in control can help. Cleaning and organizing everyday can help get that feeling. Your children will benefit greatly from your leadership. I hope you realize the fact that your videos are essentially a form of therapy, whether intended to be, or not. Always keep in mind that there are tons of us out here like you, walking the same path. On the downward slope of our lifespan, wondering how our futures unfold. Have we been good enough husbands and fathers, human beings even? As long as you are raising two good kids, you have impacted the world positively. Can't really ask for more than that. Besides, you have instilled into unknown others lessons of self-reflection, introspection and being honest with one's self. Powerful lessons to pass along. Anyhow, here is to fulfilling Friday nights and Saturday mornings! Take care!
Super interesting content my man. I’m also a dad in your situation but only a 7 year old son and I’m 46. I also only sleep 5 hours because MY time is at night. I’ve been watching you for awhile and at first I thought you lived in a decrepit appartement. It’s nice to see you have a beautiful house and a family. That doesn’t mean we can’t feel alone, we can. That’s why your channel is special.
I like the 2 cups of water in the morning. I might try. Thank you. If I may recommend something to you I would suggest writing a Gratitude Journal in the morning? It has been very helpful to me.
You wake to be a father my brother. Screw what society has you thinking you need to be doing. Find a hobby outside the house? Golf? Bike riding? Anything? Put the phone down and stop scrolling. The world is a beautiful place and you need to get out and see it. Don’t wish for something else when what you have is Perfect. Don’t let the world swallow you. We are simple creatures that have had a carrot dangling in our faces, fuck the carrot and turn around .
If you daughter has anger issues donuts or anything with a lot of sugar is the last thing she should eat . Nice onigiri made by your wife or you would be much better. In addition if kids are use to eat junk food when they are young this bad habit will be with them all their life. You probably also drink too much milk. Google it. Have a nice Sunday!
I am 47 years old and usually sleep between 6 and 7 hours a day. My advice is to read a book or a novel; it makes me sleepy and I can fall asleep. If you still can't sleep, take the opportunity to go out and do some exercise, like running or going to the gym, and when you get back, prepare breakfast for your wife and children.
Hi! I just discovered your channel and I'm going through your videos. I'm 43 and I wake up during the week at 5 and start working right after 5:30. In the weekends I wake up at 6 or so and I wash the cars (my wife's on saturdays and mine on sundays). That combination of physical activity and completely different activity overall is good for me. Waking up this early is by choice and I managed to get here after some years - basically you can do non-work related things in the afternoons/evenings. I think that at least in the weekends you should not think about your problems and spend time by yourself doing what you enjoy but also with your family doing completely different things than during the week.
It's the stress, self-created stress. You have to let go if the negative feelings and embrace the positives. You have good physical health, a family by your side and readers here
This is ridiculous. A regular guy makes a vlog about a regular Saturday morning that regular people would have, gives it a fetching title, and all the people in the comments are trying to push him to live some idealistic life like some kind of self-improvement influencer. One of the only guys on CZcams actually making relatable vlogs and you want him to be another self-help drone. Look within, people. Your rooms are a mess and you're going to 7/11 for coffee in the morning just like most people. Don't front.
He regularly asks his community for their opinions and perspective on his situation, I don't think people giving that feedback takes away from his authenticity.
My serious advice is go volunteer your time doing something you might enjoy putting effort into. You have 2 kids, a wife, and a presumably full pantry. Maybe you need to go outside and get a perspective adjustment.
Petition to make 50 year old Japanese man stop drinking 2 glasses of milk and 2 glasses of water every morning because it doesn't seem healthy: leave a like if you agree
At this point you’re just pity-partying. Wake up and exercise. Meditate. Do something you find exciting, something that’s meaningful to you. Have gratitude. Or is filming yourself being miserable actually something you’re into for clicks and attention, 50 years old Japanese man??
Hmm... seems like you could use this time more effectively. More healthy food, exercise, reviewing goals, taking action. Thank you for sharing your journey. Wishing you the best!
You're doing your best yasashi desu. I think the best advice I can give is to talk to someone about your thoughts and feelings maybe a friend. Attempt to make one friend you see on a Saturday morning or anywhere where you can share a thought.
I like to watch your videos. You are a very honest person. I know what you can do to feel better. Try and go for a run. Put on your trainers. No need to overdo it. Maybe just 20 minutes. And not fast. Do it at the speed that is right for you. You can run for some minutes then walk and then run again. I guarantee that you will feel better. It never fails. Also try to reduce your sugar intake. Sugar only makes you feel good for a few minutes. For breakfast I will suggest youghurt with some fruit and fiber. Some exercise and a more healthy breakfast will do you good. Please, try it. And make a video about it. 😊
Dont be so hard on yourself. Youre alive you can do anything you want or choose. Dont worry about how anyone will perceive you. Do everything and anything that makes you happy. Travel if youre able. Its a big world with many great things and people in it.

Hey there, I've been watching you for a while and thought I'd finally say hi 👋👋. Just so you know, you're not alone-lots of folks in your comments are going through similar stuff. Lately, I've seen a bunch of people passing away from age, sickness, or accidents. Some were rich and successful, working crazy hours to make someone else richer. Others were struggling financially and feeling down about it. It's made me realize how close death really is and how important it is to let go of unnecessary worries. If I may kindly suggest or request, could you record some of the parks, streets, and everyday life around you? Just simple walking, showing us around-it would mean a lot. I have 1-2 drinks a day. I would drink more, but i have had gout and I live in fear of gout. If you ever have it you will find it quite easy to stop or limit your drinking. Like choosing between a root canal and a beer.
@@eddenoy321 damn that sounds rough man. How much drinking per day caused that ?
If you drink a lot can you still drive in the morning? I don't drink alcohol so I don't know
Clean up that house!
During this midlife crisis finding ways to feel in control can help. Cleaning and organizing everyday can help get that feeling. Your children will benefit greatly from your leadership. They would learn that managing a house is a family responsibility. It could become a tradition that would benefit all of you. There are many videos of families cleaning together. It could be fun.
@@CC-pg92324 Great point

I have been to Japan several times and hope to return again, it is great, but blimey everything is so over packaged - this video just reminded me of that
hey, does anybody have a clue how old this guy is??
He is 50

Lol CptnObviousToberto
He literally says it within the first 5 seconds of the video. 🤯🤌🏼
🤣🤣🤣🤣
At least you have a family and a job, some don’t even have that.
Exactly this is an ungrateful victim. I bet he looks down on religious people too
@@alexkane84 religion is coping mechanism for those who fear death, you are another customer for the business known as the church..
@@alexkane84 Japanese people generally aren't anti-religious. Besides, I don't think he's victimizing himself. He's just bored from so many repetitions and lack of general purpose in life. I guess most people on Earth feel the same way.

❤ I appreciate your videos. I'm watching from the other side of the world. But seeing your routines and listening to you talk, helps me get some calm and peace. You have a soothing voice. Thank you for uploading. :3
Thank you for opening a window to your saturday morning rutine, very relaxing.. Just one piece of advice just chill out and enjoy your saturday morning, don't fill your mind upwith concerns and worries that maybe it will never happen 😊.
You are my teacher, Master 50 Year Old man 🙏

How do know his age and gender?

I am a 46 year old American man. I often find myself doing very similar things and having similar contemplations.
Take care!
It's tough with depression bro. Much love from Australia!
Thanks
Super interesting content my man. I’m also a dad in your situation but only a 7 year old son and I’m 46. I also only sleep 5 hours because MY time is at night. I’ve been watching you for awhile and at first I thought you lived in a decrepit appartement. It’s nice to see you have a beautiful house and a family. That doesn’t mean we can’t feel alone, we can. That’s why your channel is special.
Go and have some fun with your family.
life is very much a routine. our bodies like routine.
I like the 2 cups of water in the morning. I might try. Thank you. If I may recommend something to you I would suggest writing a Gratitude Journal in the morning? It has been very helpful to me.
I’m 38 and I wish I had your life. Big ups I love your channel
He needs a super low cost hobby, due to living costs… or wife needs to start working.
Agree!
I love this channel
Enjoy the beautiful day! You are doing more than you think by building this channel 💪

That sounds like hell.

Better to read history textbooks or textbooks about quantum physics. It works as the best sleeping pill for real.
I find this sooo relaxing to watch
I like when you video outside the house, it’s awesome to see everyday life in other places around the world.
Thanks
I feel like im having something of a mid life crisis at 32..... yikes! I turned 33 today. I love your videos. Thanks for sharing.
You look like 50 year old shogun...🙂
It was so relaxing hearing you drink that milk.
I find your content to be very fascinating. Thanks.
buy a PlayStation! No buy a PC and play WOW!
Is he really going through a midlife crisis, or did he discover that he tapped into something relatable to most of contemporary society?
Just look at the views on all his videos named like that 😂
It's the stress, self-created stress. You have to let go if the negative feelings and embrace the positives. You have good physical health, a family by your side and readers here
This is my new favourite CZcams channel :)
He has you fooled you no way all this is real.
@@dylanhagsauce8629 If it isn't real, then he's a genius at presenting this character. Either way, I'm here for it.

poor guy.
Do you realise the calming influence you have on every viewer? It’s so calming and simple this channel. It relaxes everyone who views it. 😊
You are a very considerate person
play games my man
My serious advice is go volunteer your time doing something you might enjoy putting effort into. You have 2 kids, a wife, and a presumably full pantry. Maybe you need to go outside and get a perspective adjustment.
Now watching your videos is part of my everyday routine.
Just follow your routine. You are doing so good !!!
You rock sir, stay strong!
Hmm... seems like you could use this time more effectively.
I love. u man ur awesome and will do great!
Man, the situation with donuts touched me, it reminded me of my father, in the 90's in Russia was a difficult situation with food (almost not enough money for anything), he also refused to eat delicious leaving everything to me and my mum
I'd definitely hit the thanks button if you do this. thanks!
Your house is peaceful and quiet. Cheers from Australia.
