Day two of the SnowMX season: 11/23/21

The best early season conditions we've seen in the Sea to Sky region in years. After a massive atmospheric event dumped heavy amounts of snow, we had a warming cycle suck down the base followed by about a 30 cm reset. The resulting crust layer below revealed itself on some unexpected wash out turns. We didn't notice any slide activity but we stayed out of exposure throughout the day anyways. We can't remember a better start to a season here in the Coast Mountains. Day 2 was awesome.
